You don't need to inject directly over the injured area in order for the subQ injections to work. Speaking of the knee. Are their dramatic differences in the efficacy of BPC taken orally vs. an intra articular injection for knee OA ? Also I've heard of BPC working well of ailments that seem to have at least a marginal blood supply, (ie; tendons and ligaments), what about cartilage?.... again more specifically referring to the "knee," (patellofemorall region).

every animal study shows that the route of administration doesn't matter, AKA IM vs SubQ doesn't matter, and site specific vs abdomen doesn't matter. So keep it simple, and just subQ in abdomen

Hasn’t been my experience. I did bpc 157 and tb 500 injections near my bicep tendon and shoulder tendons near my right shoulder with 31 gauge diabetic needles, healed that shoulder and bicep tendinitis completely but the other shoulder got minor improvement but nowhere near the effects as the one I did the site injections. I read that BPC does need to be done near the site for best results but tb 500 doesn’t . I used 1 mg of bpc morning and night and took tb 500 3 times a week at 2.5 mg’s each time with 100 percent recovery after 10 weeks . Now I do just one injection a month of each but the left shoulder still has issues, what gives? Did soft and shockwave therapy for 6 months but only got maybe 50% better at a cost of 2 -3 grand and paid around 1200.00 for the peptides, far better use of my money. Lol

I think the raw form worked better than the Liposomal one, the fragmented version of tb500 17-23 worked amazingly for tendinitis, also cut sugar out of my diet the while doing it.

subQ spot injections still work, they just don't work any better than subQ into the abdomen. The same applies for IM injections.

Hi Doc, another question here. I'm currently getting MIT injections (cortisone and saline solution) for my double herniated disc (C5/C6 and C6/C7) and just got to know about bpc 157 recently. Is it okay for me to take it durring this state? Also wondering if oral intake or Q-injections are the same efficent? Thinking about purity, bioavailability and such? Every single study (all done in animals, there's no human comparison trials for anything with BPC-157) shows route of administration doesn't matter. And it's basic anatomy that if you inject it subQ, it will not travel down to reach the deep joint or tendons/ligaments. If that were the case, then doctors would just give subQ steroid injections instead of having to use xray and ultrasound to precisely inject into the deep joints. You can do it over the injury site if you want, I'm just saying it doesn't matter

fantastic question - there's a difference between injecting peptides directly into tears under ultrasound guidance (can be very helpful as the peptide gets direct contact with damaged tissue before it's absorbed systemically) and subQ injections over the area of pain. SubQ injections over the area of pain don't come into direct contact with damaged tissue.

correct. one caveat is that direct injection under xray or ultrasound by a skilled physician trained in these injections may be of more benefit than subQ. but this isn't what people are doing at home with their daily injections

BPC doesn't need to be pinned on empty stomach. Pin at any time, including the same time as CJC Ipa
