Hi, I've recently been diagnosed with mild impingement of the fat pad in my right knee from an injury 6 years ago. However, I think my patellar is also not tracking properly because of this, as it always clicks/grinds when I bend it. Can you recommend what exercises I should be doing in my case apart from these ones? Thanks for your help.

its all good but the worst thing to do with that syndrome is squatt. dont do squat you will tear the tissue and increase inflammation

Thanks for your comment! - VMO activation is recommended for this particular injury and you don't have to choose squats, it could be other type of exercises that promotes VMO activation. This particular patient in the video is a footballer and have already passed the inflammatory tissue stage, so it is the decision of the therapist to progress exercises pain dependent and sports specific for each patients. Hope this helps :)
