There are some nice mature women in China but you need an educated one. Money is important because there is no chance of earning your way up unless you have some asset to exploit. They are not all cold and heartless but you might notice they get harder when hurt so you must be careful not to be verbally abusive and blunt. Tact helps.

Jo Moon relationships will never work when one person tries to dominate the other. Because it is not based on real love. Real love is based on two of them coming together in agreement. Often when one partner over the other dominates the other. There is no love in that relationship. It is either infatuation or some other thing that captivates the relationship. Not real love. When I look at women I see the beauty God created in each one. That includes internal beauty. You will have a happy marriage when that occurs.

Hi Jo, I do not know Mandarin at all because I was born in Malaysia, English educated and now reside in Australia. My mother always reminded me the CCP system had changed the Chinese culture, hopefully not forever but temporarily. In the Chinese writing of simplified version, the "heart" is taken away from LOVE in the traditional writing and now the women in China even for women of your generation , they do not know LOVE must have a heart. This has always been the Chinese culture and I know this personally even growing in Malaysia. So what is Love in China ??? You tried to explain the issue but inadequately and the reality of the situation in China is " mother in law economy " as the bases to define LOVE for many women today. Very sad development , period.
