This is not relevant to this video but was wondering if you can do a video about how it felt to hit your goal weight, how you (or your provider) chose that goal, and what the process looked like transitioning to maintenance (what did the conversation look like with your provider). I am getting close and want to know what things I need to prepare for. I am also with JoinFridays and love them! I am kind of confused with their policies surrounding maintenance and need some guidance =). Thanks in advance boo!

Of course! I'm planning a Q&A next week so I'll add these questions in there. JoinFridays will allow you to stay on a maintenance dose as long as you wish with the exception of your BMI falling below 22. I actually went a little below my goal weight now and am nearing 22. I planned to take myself off so it's no problem but JoinFridays does have that policy.

From what I understand a patent should not matter. As long as there is a shortage the compound pharmacies can legally make the meds and after the shortage they just have to add vitamins or something to continue legally making them

It depends on the telehealth but JoinFridays and other reputable ones only prescribed to certified pharmacies. With JoinFridays they tell me during my appointment which pharmacy it will be coming from.

Depends on your starting BMI. They’ll start treating if your BMI is above 30 or above 27 along with another condition.
