I take Mounaro and it has helped me out with controlling my diabetes type 2 as well over 50 lbs in weight lost. It has also change my taste buds that I no longer drink sodas. Never had nausea but bad constipation is an issue for me and I definitely need to increase my protein and resistance training to assist with more weight

I recommend u eat fiber, a lot of water and some healthy fats. And if still you have constipation, magnesium citrate at night and vitamine C will do a natural, light laxative to help. And coffee helps with peristalsis. All that work for me. Good luck

Currently I'm taking mounjaro for meth addiction. Conducting a study myself... its almost week 2 and I've gone from injecting meth multiple times a day to NOTHING with ZERO.DRUG CRAVINGS At home on my own without a program . Plus also i was using heroin, crack, ketamine,speed and extacy all in the same day a lot of the time but at least 2 or 3 different drugs a day) to absolutely nothing with zero cravings at all for drugs. Only thing is it's made me lose a tone of weight like 12lbs down by day 6 But I wanted that too. This is the first time I've been clean in years. I'm filming my progress and experiences as scientifically as i can by myself as a non qualified drug addict just a member of the public. Ive slept every night (usually i szruggle to sleep one night a week), Should I post? Any questions ply let me know , there's a LOT of side affects but it's totally worth it for me and I might actually get my life back. ❤

On compound so I can control dosage. On 8.0 , I’m a functional medicine nutritionalist and suffered once from constipation, fixed quickly with more fiber and water. Never nausea, burns, etc., but I’m not a junk food eater, also teach HIIT, and always made sure less than 15 mg sugar from organic berries and dairy, seems most side effects are from not changing their ultra processed food/fast food diet along with high carbohydrate diets

I'm on 5mg zepbound with no side effects except if I eat to much I feel queezie but it goes away. I was originally on ozempic and dropped 45 pounds but then at maximum dosage it stopped working so my body adapted to it, no longer dropping weight. So my doctor put me on zepbound. I've got 40 more pounds to go.

Such an awesome clip, Dr Knight is very knowledgeable and explains things so all can understand. Great topic since it seems these drugs are being used by so many people. I tend to think that they are overused, and some rely only on injection . Whereas modifying diet and exercise would greatly help. Thank you for sharing this clip from his full interview.

Would be a great experiment to take 2 diabetics, 1 of them gets a diet plan and a top coach and the other gets ozempic and see who gets better results. My money is on the 1st option as this person will get a great education on eating habits, dieting and how to train which they can take with them forever with 0 side effects 👍

We actually have a perfect example of that in one person: Oprah Winfrey. She has proven that all the money, education and access in the world cannot necessarily overcome the complex mechanisms in the brain that cause obesity. But with GLP-1, she seems to have conquered her disease.

All these horrible drugs. Or just change from a simple/complex carbs (all are "sugars") diet to the keto diet, the natural state for all humans. And you'll be leaner, stronger, fit and healthy.
