I disagree with going back to an ex for sex just so you don't add another person to your body count. Usually, when you break up with people it's because you no longer want them in your life, because they're bad for you. Why would you go back and be intimate with that person?

I agree however I often believe sometimes the reason>s< to go back isn't singular and it may not relate to understanding what the regular person desires in closure.

For real though, and the argument of choosing a nice dinner without rules over a ripped/chiseled guy doesn’t really hold its ground. Cuz I can maintain a diet that’s good enough, in combination with a good gymchedule, so that I can have a cheatday every now and then. And what about the selfesteem? Cuz im a lot more confident when im fit than in some times where I wasnt. So instead of all this “fat accepting” behavior, maybe prefer/promote whatever is healthiest, and thus makes you happier.

I can get with a Dad Bod. It makes me feel comfortable that If I want to eat a rib eye steak with mack and cheese he'll be down with the grub too. When my sister was dating this guy a long time ago, he would go hook up with the mother of his children and he would literally give my sister this speech about how she needs to be understanding of that. He eventually broke up with her to go back with the children's mother. I personally don't care what you wear in church just as long as you are ready and open to the experience.

Wait churches have a dress code?? I'm not religious but it seems rather odd that there is a dress code for a venue that is meant to be 100% inclusive judgement free. It's a church not high tea at the Shelbourne. Maybe that is just how Americans operate, I'm not too sure but a dress code seems rather excessive as well as unnecessary. Your outfit doesn't cause anyone to be led astray from a relationship, a cheater doesn't cheat because they liked your outfit.
@raemariaa3 жыл бұрын
My church doesn't. Come as you are. I wear Jean's and flip flops if I want. It's not a fashion show. I go to hear the word. Shame on them!
@cinnamonw.6503 жыл бұрын
It’s about respect. You wouldn’t be butt naked in front of your father or grandfather because it’s disrespectful. That same respect but more so goes for God. And as for judgements no one should judge people aren’t in church because we are NOT perfect but we go to learn and to worship, understanding that we all have faults. And making someone else sin is not a thing but showing compassion to your brothers and sisters in Christ is. You wouldn’t drink in-front of an recovering addict because it’s just not compassionate. Same goes for dressing crazy in front of a man at church. If you love him you would not want to tempt him to doing or thinking things that aren’t Christ like. Now you certainly don’t have to abide by that way of thinking but that’s just how I see it. Have compassion and love for everyone. And encourage those to be more like Christ.
@The_Avery3 жыл бұрын
@@cinnamonw.650 Where do you show up “butt naked” in your life at all? That’s rather a outlandish remark or comparison to make. I’m simply asking if that’s how churches operate in the United States as I’m European not American. It’s rather intriguing from where I’m sitting because in Ireland we don’t take things all that literal. I guess we just have a more liberal way of thinking with regards to Catholicism and the terrors we as a nation faced under its control. If your man is led astray or tempted by what someone is wearing that’s his problem. Plus if people were to be more like Christ would they not be shirtless and wearing a tarpaulin sheet over their waist?
@The_Avery3 жыл бұрын
@@Yuki-qt7bj So you consider it a party? Interesting. In Ireland there isn’t any churches that enforce a dress code that’s why I was shocked that in the US some churches do. But then again the presence of the Catholic Church in Ireland has done nothing to earn the respect of our people to enforce a dress code.
@The_Avery3 жыл бұрын
@@Yuki-qt7bj Thank you this is really insightful. No where I am people don’t dress modestly unless they want to. Now we maintain respectful language whilst in a church religious or not.
