In this video, I'll talk about comprehensive nutrition products (CNPs). This category includes green powders, multivitamins, nutritionally complete drinks, etc (anything that claims to give you a wide array of the vitamins and minerals that you need in one convenient daily package). People with chronic illness especially might benefit from this advice.
Are there individual exceptions to my arguments in this video? Absolutely. Are they rare relative to the norm? I believe so.
