Are Herpa 200 Models Any Good?

Hey man, great review! I’ve wondered about the Herpa 1/200 models, nice to see a review! You were wondering about the lines over the doors on the model, they are there to direct water from dripping down over the door, and thus get people wet. So a good detail by Herpa! And looks like a 787-9 Dreamliner, as N38950 is a -9, not -8 lol. Anyway, great video! Looks like a store worth checking out!

Amsterdam is a cool place and is definitely on my bucket list of places to go. As for me my Alaska Airlines 737 the one with the orcas on it that I ordered last week is still probably stuck in customs somewhere in NC for some reason EDIT: I got it today!

Hey man, on the image displayed of the gemini ahhh wing flex on that 737 at 6:45 , I think its intentional as it has the flaps down feature. I think its meant to replicate the lift/drag you would see on final. Not simping for gemini though, jc wings and other manufacturers are much better these days

Yeah I could see that point. I know for a fact in their 200 scale 777 flaps down they do that, and the effect actually looks pretty good. I just don’t like it in the 737.

Awesome video, citrus!! This reminds me of HNL. There were many model airplane shops inside the terminal. Funny thing is I bought the same exact model you did, except in 1/400!

That is true. However, this video covers Herpa, which is not sold on the Alaska Company store.

Citrus Aviation,Herpa are great Models but they're overpriced and their models are not even Die cast metal like Gemini Jets,JC Wings and Inflight Models.Herpa Models are Die cast resil(Hard Plastic)as I had a couple of them but I sold them some years later.
