I love how straight-faced and almost lacking in enthusiasm everyone was for the actual skates, but as soon as it came to slagging off Harry's trousers everyone perked up and put a smile on their face! It's interesting how Disroyal have clearly invested a lot of time and energy into creating so many products for Iqon but have put next to nothing into marketing and promoting the products. Apart from Instagram posts, the actual media from the brand has been very limited and not well thought out.

Good point. I feel the sponsoring of Chad Hornish is a very smart move though, as he is a very skilled skater but above all very active on social platforms and in competitions and events. Also his unique style is a very good selling point for those like me who don't enjoy Montre's gymnastic style of skating that much.

Two questions/points: 1. Why is there a big image of your credit card in the background? 2. On the AG10, you mentioned the optional extra bits (slider, buckle protector) that need to be skrewed on - remember when we had to do that with CDS Detroit parts? :-)

Really appreciate these more in depth looks into some of the new skates! I also appreciate Jake trying his best to say Gawds, but I have to say I'm disappointed Harry didn't even properly try 😂 It's funny how we as British people have to try and decide which way to pronounce Gawds each time it comes up.

That lqon are for narrow feets only like all powerslide skates. The mold is based on the owner (mathias knoll) sorry ass narrow feets

Iqon skates are NOT only for narrow feet as I do not have narrow feet and I have the TR 10 and CL 10 and LOVE them! They are also heat moldable so incase you do need to adjust them, you can. These were my first pair of in-line skates and I have zero regrets.

Hello, I want to buy skate CL10 but I have doubts about the size, if you could advise me, please. My feet measure 26.2cm, they are wide and have a high instep. Size 42EUR9US is supposed to be 26.6cm but I have read that they are very tight on the fingertips. On the other hand, the size 43EUR/10US measures 27.3. I think that perhaps it is too big. Is the boot insole removable? If so, do you know how long and wide it is? According to your experience, which one do you advise me to buy?

Sounds like the 42 would be best... although if you have a wide foot and high instep it might be worth thinking about buying the Powerslide Hardcore Evo skate instead. Very similar, but a bit more generous in width and internal height

Both are narrow feets only skate, Tr10 its more of a slalom skate due to the carbon cuff, you are more precise and responsive. EVOs its a more versatile skate due to the plastic cuff (slalom, urban, long distance). If you have tiny narrow feets choose wish ever fits your skating style

@@RM-en9gk I would say the TR10 is not a freestyle slalom skate at all. Little back flex for toe tricks (boot literally doesn't have a back flex cut), and little heel padding for locking in the heel during other maneuvers too.

I'm interested in the TR10's, I'll be very tempted if they fit nice and snug and not really wide like the latest powerslide swell skate. I'm hoping I can try a pair on when the new shop/warehouse is open for people to visit

They're not wide at all or chunky in any way, very narrow & flat skates. I've got slender feet and they still touch every surface of my foot without heat moulding - above, below and either side. Just need to mould them soon to get the pressure points off my bony ankles

I like the cuff and the opportunity to change the liner on the Iqon for aggressive or Wizard. Will very much come down to the personal fit when it comes to freestyle… Adapt Hyperskates are definitely really great though!

I have the 2019 hardcore evo and just bought the TR10, they're both amazing but honestly the carbon cuff and new fastening system make it for me. that and they look super slick. I've been using 4x100 endless frames on both boots, not heat molded the TR10s yet so they have some pressure points that soften up abit after they get warm - even so they're just great - they touch every part of your foot and the carbon cuff is like an exoskeleton for your ankles, you can pivot, lean and turn in ways that would put way more stress on your ankles with normal cuffs/skates.

just make sure you go on their website, check the size chart against your foot with measuring tape. I got lucky with a neat fit but I can imagine a size too small would be impossible and too big would be really annoying.

@@anas7hamed US 9, UK 8, EU42 I've since heat molded them and they're an even closer fit. The only warning I have is that the top buckle can pinch you hard enough to cut when you're taking your skates off, make sure your hand isn't over the buckle when it springs back! After heat molding they also become significantly easier to put on and take off. I've got pretty bony ankles so before the molding they'd get pretty bruised if I skated too long, had to swap back to my Evos until I could use a friend's big fancy oven.

@@LocoSkates no, but I managed to hit them together when skating which can get you off balance. Hate it. They could have used a speedskate style bucle and the strap would stick out on the otherside (like the hc evo to mention one)

TR10 is a bit more precise than the HC Evo... but if comfort is your main criteria the HC Evo is probably better as there is a little more volume in the toe-box

@@LocoSkates I made up my mind, that the TR10 is the winner just because of how easy put on and off. I will take it with the TR90 & TR80 frames as well. But I got lost in their collection of wheels. They have three lines Access, ally and eco with two colours (white & dark grey) each colour has different features. I watched the KZbin clips but I did not get them well Also, I know 88a should be hard and slippery but they say the white one with an 88a rating is grippy and has a bouncing effect. If the price is not an issue, would you help me choose the best wheels for the 4x90 & 4x80 frames, please?
