I feel like they‘ve actually wrapped around to have Sadako be pretty well designed overall, even if it took a while. That makes me at least a little hopeful for Skull Merchant

About the Pain Res thing: there was like a few weeks time where Pain Res didn‘t kick you off the Gen, specifically to prevent DMS shenanigans. They reverted it. I couldn‘t give you a good reason why

i love sadako, i don't use the iri add ons, but that's just because i avoid them in general, not just with her. The current iridescent tape sounds like a nerf against average survivors (who will at some point get to eight stacks), and a buff against good ones who would never get moried in the first place, IF it weren't for the fact that it prolongs the tv's cooldown when they take the tapes (which good survivors will make sure of). i don't know why they felt the need to increase the cooldown. the benefit itself is good but nothing crazy, much less for an iri

Tips from a former sadako main 1. Double iri is for chase focused builds not hit and run 2. You have your fundamentals down well but heres a tip a good sadako knows that when a tv is playing the video instead of static there is a survivor there 3. Watch one pump willies content for pointers on basic gameplay flow hes what got me into playing sadako and hes one of if not the best onryo players in the world. 4. Ring drawing bloody fingernails and reikos watch are some sadakos best add ons 5. Some perk recommendations id give are rapid brutality sloppy butcher deadlock and merciless she benefits from perks that make you faster and slow down gens heavily

These are my favorite chase addons; I usually run bamboozle, enduring fury, and pain res.

It’s not the worst add-on. The issue with it is that TVs have a longer cooldown from survivors turning it off for some ridiculous reason. Even without that stipulation, it’d still prolly be C tier at best. I say all of this because I run it as my main add-on (I don’t like condemn Sadako).
