Join in for a 10 minute CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your sweat on! Get ready for a super fun and high intensity routine. Both high impact and low impact options will be provided throughout. We'll be moving to the beat of the music which will make it fly by! This routine is all standing and also has no squats or lunges. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Just found your channel and did your 15 min workout to the beat followed by this one. I am suffering from pretty severe hamstring tendonitis and can't jump or do super quick, big movements. I SO appreciated having a low impact option I could follow while I can still SEE Sydney do the high impact movement. I'll get back to high impact, one day! Totally appreciate this video, felt good to get some cardio in other than the stationary bike. Thank you so much!

Looking for more low impact workouts - on the easy level and this Pregnancy Friendly version is just what I was looking for. Thanks so much. It's actually low impact and more realistic for the pregnant person. I can't do as much as the video, but it's at a level in the video where I don't feel intimidated or unsafe.
