Are Menstrual Disc and Cups Messy? When you remove?

I’m 39 and I’ve only used tampons. Lately my cramps have been horrible and when I take the tampons out I feel relief. So I’m very interested in trying these because I don’t like the feeling of pads.

Yessss! I've noticed that my cramps virtually went away when I started using tampons less. There is a big downside to that because my periods are so heavy, messy and miserable. I also noticed if I can power through by just using pads my periods go from lasting 7+ days to 3-4 days. I don't understand how that works but my periods started off bad at 10 years old, I am now 35 and my periods are noticeably more manageable....the only thing I've changed is cutting way back on the tampons! Lastly my one saving grace in this is the Flex Foam pads, they were a game changer for me, they are so thin(no bulk whatsoever). I am amazed at how much they can hold and you can barely tell that you are using one. They are so breatheable and it feels dry, you can barely feel anything, no moisture and sticky feeling. If it were not for these I would still be using a tampon/bulky pad combo. I said all of that to say I really want to give this a shot, I feel like this is what I've been searching for so I'm really excited to try. I didn't intend to write so much but I feel like this could be helpful.😊

I can’t use tampons for the same reason!, I’ve used adult size pull-up diapers for years now and love them! The ones I use are called Tena Lady discreet boutique in black. I couldn’t get on with the cups and thought they were a waste of money xx

I think yall need to do a vid on how trans men can use these too bc I'm getting alot of hate saying i use a cup
