Are Minecraft Bedrock Horror Mods ACTUALLY Scary?

Today I survived 5 nights in the Minecraft Marketplace (Bedrock) addon/mod named 'Horror Survival', does the name live up to the hype?

Do you have any major horror mods you recommend? I’m making more videos on this topic! Also to clarify a pretty important detail- this is a paid mod being at 6 dollars- so if that’s a factor for you picking your mod to play, that’s completely fair- also, to answer the question *is it scary*? This mod has some pretty crazy adrenaline moments but overall you do get used to the monsters after the first few nights- but the mobs themselves are very well designed. I wouldn’t say it’s essentially scary but it does a good job of keeping you on your toes. Subscribe and like for more

There is a mod called "dwellers" by panascias on marketplace also 5.99. I bought it and its more scary than this. All mobs dont spawn at once some stalk you just out of your sight. Then there is the dweller who is only in the cave just like in java but some just straight up terrorize you and wont let you sleep by destroying ur bed. I really recommend this one because i have hunted around for many mods that are actually scary and this one just might be the one.

Horror mods need to make their mobs spawn more rarely. It's not even remotely scary if you get surrounded by "horror" mobs wherever you go, it ruins the mystery behind it.

In the DWELLERS Add-On, you can change the rarity. I was playing with 2 of my friends, and we made them really rare and only where they appeared at night.Also in the DWELLERS Add-On it's actually scary because the blood moons that occasionally happen, the fog and the things you can find around such as skeletons and graves. This mod he's reviewing is definitely one of those cash-grab mods that creators make to scam little kids.

As a bedrock horror mods player, I can say that this mod should not represent all bedrock horror mods. This one only spawns mosters that are basically just bigger faster zombies. I recommend the dwellers mod on the marketplace. It has less monsters, but each one is different and have amazing scary abilities.

The main problem I found with this addon is that the mobs have too good drops, spawn too frequently, and aren't particularly strong, this creates a problem where once you realize this they stop being something you avoid and start being something ya hunt

fun fact dont run this with realism Packs and Shaders and The relight shaders all at once i was having texture issies with floating animals and creature not Loading in all the way to even have monsters Shiw Black Loading Parts its not workable with certain Mods

As a tip for anyone who plays with this mod. Build a base up in the sky with a ladder going up to it. The creatures are unable to reach you that way.

I see this a lot but most KZbinrs that played Java always get the worst horror mods in the marketplace and then say that it’s not scary. How about you do a little bit of research about the mod first so you aren’t just wasting your money although you’re probably just doing this to entertain a bunch of little kids with no brain cells if you want an actually scary mod download the dwellers mod it’s the most scary one out there in the market place.

If you don’t have Java, I’d say if you’re looking for horror experience I would say sure go for it- however there might be cheaper horror extensions on bedrock that I just didn’t cover, but this one isn’t bad! My only major con is that the mob spawning gets a little more annoying then scary sometimes but that’s it really
