This is the first 'mini brands' line I really like! The items are functional and to scale with fashion dolls, which is really cool! As cute as the mini brands are, a lot of them (particularly the food) are not to scale and are less functional as play items. They seem more 'cash grabby' I feel like the Mini Fashion line is blind bags done right! Also the ball that comes apart into two hemispheres is super upcycleable!

Absolutely! I did like the mini brands though because I like to make keychains and magnets from them. But you are right a lot of them did not work on doll scale.

The Toy mini brands one are good for 1/6 scale toys photography though, not all of them fit to the scale but some of them work well

I know right especially considering a few things that I noticed after I posted. Initially I was thinking that they'd come out with a few other designs for the bags but then quickly discovered based on the sticker sheet little checklist part and the ones I got and the ones friends got.... That not all the stickers are shown on that checklist and many of the stickers that are available are in different colours for the bags we currently are able to get. So the pink and white purse there's a sticker of it in pink and white and purple and white... The pink bag that I loved so much with the quilted look to it there's a sticker of it in a nice teal or turquoise colour... And a few other such instances making me think that what will get next is probably colour variations on the bags that are currently available. If you haven't gotten rid of them send me a picture of all the stickers you got if you did get rid of them just let me know lol I'll go back through your videos and screenshot them myself hahaha. I want to keep a tally of all the colour variations that I've noticed so far just so I can see if I'm right or wrong.😂

These are so so cute! I'm super into designer bags and shoes, I'm going to have to pick these up. My bag guesses in order. 1. Louis Vuitton based on the pattern for the first bag. That pattern and color was super popular in the early 2000s 2. Hammitt Daniel based on the stud details but the handles and shape also match up. 3. This is definitely an older style quilted Chanel bag. The color and chain handle are a dead giveaway. 4. Dolce and Gabbana Sicily print for sure I realize I'm probably in the minority for knowing all of these on site but I think that just speaks to how well these were done.

When I went to Target I found the mini fashion balls. I bought 2 and picked one from top and one from the bottom. Somehow I manage to get the ring in one ball and the rare gold bag in the other. My son laughs at me because I’ve been pretty lucky getting things by pure luck. They are really cute. Someone one mentioned in another video that they would frame the stickers. That would be cute to decorate in a doll house or purse store.

Yay! Early to the video! Also here's a fun story: I'm very careful with using bags/purses, so much so that they last for a long time. Because I use them one at a time, people only see the current one and sort of assume that I don't have a spare. So on birthdays or reunions, somebody will usually gift or hand me down a purse. ATM, I have lots of spare purses at varying sizes and price ranges. 😂 But I still use the simple cloth sling bag I got from my uncle. 😅

I love this Fashion Mini Brands. I only bought one so far. You really can't beat it for the price! I got the white with brown trim bag. It has a brown faux leather drawstring that really works. I got a small (hand) lotion or that's what I'm calling it along with a compact and sunglasses. The sunglasses are really great too. I'm sure you could easily sell the duplicates on ebay. I'm so happy you got the Tiffany Ring. It's nice to know it works as a bracelet too. I do want to buy more of these Fashion Mini's.

I sent my husband out to look for them at our local Indigo store and he brought home two and the first one I opened up was the bright pink/fuchsia purse that you got then I opened up the white and pink purse with the lettering on it. That’s where half way through pulling stuff out of the surprise bags, I found a little blue box with a small silver ring that is cut on the top to look like a clear looking stone that mimics a diamond shaped piece. Very beautiful and fits a Barbie made to move as long as they have removable hands. I was as giddy as you were and I’m 56 years old, so you can imagine how silly I felt afterwards. I am a child at heart so I’m okay with that, lol. Thanks for the laugh too, I really appreciate it and I needed it at this point and time in the world.❤️🙏🏼🇨🇦❤️🇺🇦🙏🏼❤️

Oooh I'll have to see if I can take pix, I'm a bit busy this week and they are burried but we've made little "bins" by attaching magnets to the back. Perfect for lockers and fridges etc... Pop lil things in that you don't wanna lose like paperclips, erasers, hair ties and such. My daughter and I made store displays and glued them on the sides so we could put fruits and veggies in. In my old first ever mini brands video you can see it at the end in the footage. We've made sock puppets and glued the larger segments inside to make a great mouth think coconuts and king Louie from Jungle Book). If you glue together the bigger segments you can make a perfect semi circle and turn them into garden mushroom. Just gotta choose your own lil mushroom stock. I can't think of any others at the moment 🤣 it's 2:40 am and I should probably be asleep. I just wanted to make sure I give some ideas incase I can't find the pictures.

Got ten of these as soon as they were available online at Target. (Max you can order.) I got the ring! I think it's the most common of the rares, or maybe it's just that the chances are 3 in 5 instead of 1 in 5 like the bags. I ended up with three dupes, two of the quilted pink and one of the fuchsia. It's probably irresponsible of me but I'll be attempting to collect them all, gotta get another 10 and hope for some rare bags this time.

Oh Jen, seeing your heart on my comment (thank you so much by the way ♡) had me realize what you can do with your purse doubles! There is a brand of paint called Angelus that makes some of the absolute best fabric paint that works super well on leather and fake leather as well as canvas and various many other things. I tried it out vecause I eventually want it for shoe painting. It's like painting on a regular canvas with the extremely smooth paint. Beats using things like puffy paint. It's super matte to, unless you get the metallics of course, which are super shiny and pretty! I know this sounds like an ad lol but I promise I yave nothing to do with them. The rep I met at the event where I got to try them out was super personable and the company seemed like people who are open to working with others. If you think it would make a fun video, try reaching out to them and using the paint to do some purse repaints! Just an idea, I won't be sad if you aren't really into it ^-^

Second comment a.k.a. fun fact I remembered from seeing the pink pleather bag against the doll's outfit: Black, white, and shades of red, possibly including bright pink, are eye-catching contrasting colors. Our professor once mentioned that this combination is one of the easiest for babies to notice because of their high contrast. That's why there are BWR toys on the market, because it's believed that they can develop a child's attention span. 🙂

The Fashion Minibrands feel like a better deal than the RH Mini Fashion Studio blind box handbags. I don't normally get blind boxes and I tend to not have the best luck, but I decided to actually get one of the Mini Fashion balls just out of curiosity. I ended up with the leopard print purse and I am pleasantly surprised at how good quality and versatile it is. I love the magnetic closure and I don't feel ripped off by a blind box item for once.

The Zuru bags really are cute, I bought a bunch of balls for half price at Black Friday. My Integrity bags are slightly better made, but some of the Zuru bags are pretty much on par with integrity. Not all of them though, a lot of them have yucky seaming that doesn’t lie flat. However. They’re a bit too big to scale well for Barbies. They do scale perfectly for my 16-inch fashion dolls though! and accessories for 16-inch dolls are so darn expensive it was totally worth it to get them. I did get a bunch of dupes unfortunately, so I decided to buy the remaining ones I wanted on eBay instead of getting more balls.
