Great video as ever, Andy. Would love a 3D printing video around safety concerns with 3D printinga nd recommendations to minimise any risks around it. As for minis agnostic games, i am enjoying my second Xenos Rampant (XR) campaign. The first one we played was in a post-apocalyptic setting (these minis would work very well for that) where the campaign provided a great narrative focus as both factions evolved and developed. Now we're trying Weird War and, early days yet, but again both sides are moving away from their initial composition and focus. XR works very well for campaigns. If you're after a cheap and fun set of rules with surprising depth and interesting decision making for one-off games Space Weirdos (sci-fi) and Sword Weirdos (fantasy) are well worth a try.

a mini agnostic game that i like is Idols of Torment by Black Magic Craft. its a horror genre skirmish style game. they do have minis for sale, but officially it is agnostic.

just since I haven't seen anyone post about it, these aren't post apocalyptic "survivors" or "soldiers", these are based off the game series "S.T.A.L.K.E.R." and they're basically mercs working in the chernobyl exclusion zone with a bunch of weird SCP like stuff happening in it

I didn’t cure before removing supports. I cured after the models are all built.

Once 3D prints are up to a consistent and comparable standard, and if they stay affordable, I'd happily use them alongside/instead of GW and other mainstream suppliers. I think they're close, but many minis look like 'poor man' versions of their mainstream cousins. Just my humble opinion of course 😬

I 100% agree and it drives me crazy. I’d much t rather they just create there own models then looking like knockoffs.

Your opinion is outdated. There are amazingly detailed models, proxies or 1/1 in the 3d printing sphere and you don't need an 8K, 12K or even 40K (lel) printer to have good details. I own a humble Mars Pro 2 and recently printed the Ultramarines chapter banner in which I added the text "Our Presence Remakes the Past" . The quality of the prints is not based on the tech (we're already there since 2k printers) but on the quality of the 3d sculpt and a quick look on My Minifactory will show what can be achieved

I am subscribed to Cast n Play through My Mini Factory Tribes and they release one shots in pdf with their model sets monthly. Not exactly miniature agnostic but they could be just used as a loose guideline i guess. Another great video Andy.
