Maybe you should go to dubai boat show and check out their boat quality and do fair comparison. Previously they do invite yt'ers to do coverage, you might press your luck 😅

Insane prices. Just buy a used boat or hull for 10k-20k and put in 30k on top for repairs an upgrades. You’ll be much better served.

I absolutely loved this video, thank you for showing us this. I think more people should call these manufacturers out for building poor quality products and asking 100k to 300k for it. People need to also stop paying these prices and go used instead. Awesome video 👍

As the transition from”COVID”excuses, we now see the challenge going forward in finding wiremen qualified to actually build harnesses with tight formed corners, and tied like an airframe bundle found on airliners. Having been an ET on an Air Force base, this talent and loom building becomes a lost art…and where are we going to find people with talent or desire to be the next gen builders…going top be ugly for a while, as we entice people to come to work, and the desire to learn a trade!

Ii work in IT i've been in a while and I make okay money, I flat out can not buy anything new that's a real boat, i can afford some stripped-out skiff maybe but its just not realistic, the only way i see about doing it is buying a old haul and re doing it yourself however that takes high skill and labor, plus a shop so boating has to price its self out of existence soon

NewBoat prices have gotten out of control. Anything that holds their value and has quality construction start around 400k to 4 million. Interest rates are still up. If you a get a new boat in 2025 , good for you. At least the afternoon weather was nice to past the time.

I have a Robalo R180, i removed the panel in the head compartment. For the record, Robalo wiring is very good, and everything Is labeled.

These boats are filthy. Every corner, joints have mold or dirt. I would be embarrassed as a seller of these boats at these prices. I wouldn’t look twice at a filthy boat let alone trust the dealer selling it. Lost me as a buyer.

The boats are so so. Like what you are showing, there isn't anything there that makes the boats absolute junk. The problem is the fit and finish and prices, period. They are simply asking too much for what they are giving us. What you show is they can make a boat bigger, slap some more makeup on it, but not necessarily increase the value as a percentage of the price jumps. Even at the lower level it becomes difficult.

Just like new cars are a scam with thin sheet metal, cheap plastic parts and unreliable so are most new boats. None of these products are made to last.
