Many early birds really accomplishes more because they start their day early. But I do think night owls are generally more creative than logical. As Jae says the "feels" come out and that's where you write a poem or a song lyrics or just be imaginative, late night thoughts. *The early bird catches the worm* , *but the second mouse gets the cheese* . So yeah, I agree that early birds are more productive.

I've ever think that i'm a night owl but I'm not. I don't feel good when I wake up with sunset. my body felt uncomfort. i guess it's because of the heat from the sun then I'll realize it's going to the end of the day. I'll feel more emotional. sometimes, i feel like i wanna cry, feel like i'm broken heart. So,I reset my routine and wake up early in the morning and it’ quite works. I feel better at least my day is not gonna end in the few hours. I have lived as both a night owl and a morning person (my current job/lifestyle requires early mornings) and productivity imo is all about priorities. If you think it's a priority to be productive you get stuff done but if it's not a priority you just mess around with your time.

ok tbh I am a massive night owl and I really like being a night owl. I have tried being a early bird but it it always made me feel so stuck like when i am an early bird it makes me feel like I have to keep up a routine. But when I am a night owl I have more time to think and process things, maybe because I live with a noisy family and it when I can get some peace and quiet idk. Also I enjoy night owls because they are either really chill, really crazy, or both! When ever I am with early bird they seem more pushy to do thing and go fast, which is way to much for my sleep deprived ass. You don't have to agree with my thoughts but this is what I think about when it comes to early birds and night owls

I'm a night owl and also an early bird. Sleep at 2 at night and wake up at 5.15 at the morning. I'm not just dumb, but stressfull too
