Great show!! Sorry I missed the live! That poor popcorn guy got the old boot 😂😂. We got the pleasure of living in Hawaii for 6 years. We lived in Waikiki and we LOVED LOVED LOVED IT. It was like a working vacation. The hikes were BEAUTIFUL. Anyway, thanks for all your shows. Loved the cart ride today. Jerry you had the voice on point 😉. Linda so glad you are doing well. I love y’all ❤️

Hi Jerry and Linda ! ❤ SO sad i missed your show tonight but i did re-watch ! 👍 just letting you know i live in Mass and my park amenity fee for my mobile home is $470 a month and it is Water, trash, plowing and taxes..NO pool, NO amenities, and Golf carts not allowed and no clubhouse..so you guys are a deal with your amenities ! 👍 hope to visit you there one day, dealing with health issues but God bless and keep up the Good shows ! 😘❤️🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗

Nice job guys! $195.00 a month amenities fee (is that your CDD divided by 12)? How much are your annual CDD and monthly HOA fees? We were considering the possibility of moving there.

195 is what you would call HOA, we call it amenity fee. Our district fee is an annual fee we pay when we pay our property tax. About $600.

Between Hawaii and Florida vacation price point is almost the same. We stayed at Aulani Disney resort and spa and is the best resort for us. We keep going to the same place for years. Thank you for your hard work 😊
