The fascia stores trauma, muscle and many cells throughout the body. Its a somatic response. Luckily there are ways to process and release both physically & emotionally. Our nervous system holds & does NOT let go of traumas until resolved through dynamic breathwork, deep stretching, human touch.

Interesting . But I’ve always believed traumas can be stored in the body . Is your point that it’s just not stored in the fascia ? But perhaps in another way emotions are stored in body ? Thanks

The nervous system is in the body, trauma can absolutely be wired into the nervous system.

I get what your saying it could just be articulated differently so people understand fully what you're trying to say. Possibly make a longer video going into full detail about it.

Pretty sure you felt that, but not in your fascia

You are lovely, but please read more “studies” or actually talk to people who have experienced somatic release…studies are not the only way of gaining or experiencing knowledge. If you don’t understand the emotional aspect, that’s okay, no one knows everything. Trashing it just makes you look bad and uninformed. Now you’re part of the problem rather than part of the solution, especially to people who know better. When you actually know something, you realize there’s always more to know. Spreading misinformation is what is reprehensible here. 🙏🏼✨

Well, we’re going to agree on spreading this information being reprehensible 😉
