I like 99% of the information presented, however I believe the information at 5:13 and 5:15 is not correct. While my personal experience is that pasture raised animals are an overall better choice, they can be given antibiotics, when needed AND they are often dewormed. There are withdrawal periods for both that are recommended before the animal is processed. If you want to avoid both, know your source.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with irradiated pig ears as it kills all of the pathogens. By the way, most of the spices in your cupboard are irradiated and have been for decades!

I'm a raw feeder 3 dogs 13, 11, 8. I've been dehydrating 99% of my dogs treats and chews myself, pigs ears is something they've never had. They don't need them, they get enough of everything else
