Dead bodies and sacrifices aside, the pine barrens are just about the least scary place on earth. People scare me, but definitely not those woods. I feel the most safe and at peace there, day or night, and I would venture to say that I am not the only pine barrens local who feels this way. I know it gets subscribers, but this video is totally giving people the wrong idea. The NJ pine barrens (which is actually a 1.1 million acre Federal Reserve) is the cleanest, most unique, and certainly the most beautiful place on earth. Everything about it is absolutely fascinating and it needs to be protected at all costs.

Agreed the Pines are beautiful. This is just one perspective and one story as you know there are many. This actually isn't great to get Subscribers this one one of our least viewed videos in years actually but anything that interests me and pulls me in is how I know what videos to make and this was very intriguing.

If you can ride, and have or can borrow a quad, the EHT Riders would be happy to take you out to get some footage in the EHT/ML area some time. You never know what you'll come across. Just last week my son and I were cleaning up along the road and found all of the guy's belongings from that stolen Dodge Charger out of ML Village. BTW the car in GR that you reported had been in the water for at least 6 months. I was told this by another local rider last night. I have no idea why nobody reported it before. Maybe they did. A lot of cars and everything are getting stolen lately, and things in the lake is not an uncommon occurrence. I can say none of us ever noticed it, which is strange but whatever. When we were kids (1980s) was actually a big construction crane in there. I think they were digging it out and hit water and that's just where it stayed after that. An interesting topic for Pine Barrens history would be the Blue Comet railroad disaster. ie. Trying to find the exact location where it crashed, and whether or not metal debris is still out there to be found. Hint, bring muck boots or better yet wear duck overalls. I am also a Price (of Price's Pit infamy), and can tell stories about it going back to the 70s...involving mafia, corruption, murder, buried evidence, yeah all that. My mom can tell it better than me, and she'd be willing, too. Everyone who was involved is long dead, so it's just true crime stories at this point. Hi Tucker - Some years ago, my brother and I were riding our motorcycles through the Pine Barrens. We stopped at the Carranza Memorial for a lunch break. As we were sitting there, this guy came walking out of the woods - no path or anything - and just quietly walked right by us without even looking our way as if we didn't exist. He walked across the road and disappeared into the woods on the other side. Again, no path - just woods. He was dressed like you would imagine the town drunk from the Old West! We were both pretty freaked out and haven't been back there since.

It was a 14 mile hike from Batsto to the Carranzza Memorial. Not as many people want to do hikes that long, so the trails aren’t as well traveled, so they’re not always easy to see.

I was hiking out there with my boyfriend when we found some unusual drag marks right in the middle of the trail. Upon further observation, we found tracks but neither of us could figure out what kind of tracks they were. He thought it looked like dog tracks but they were way bigger than a typical dog. Why would a random dog be out there dragging something that big across a trail though? It just didn't make sense. I still have the photos & have showed them to quite a few people but not a single person knows what animal it could be.

I live in west Baltimore, you ain’t never lied LOL. I live less than ten minutes by car from the locally infamous Leakin Park. The park has been used as a site for knocking people off, stashing victims and God only knows what else since the 1940s (no cryptids as far as I know so far). It is reputedly haunted AF too. That said, I’m not going into anybody’s woods without either a large caliber rifle or something that’s a bullet hose with an insane rate of fire (and probably illegal). This park makes Leakin sound like day care. Maybe I’ll just keep my punk @$$ in the house…?

Portals --- the veil is thinning .. What is the meaning of the thin veil? It is place between the worlds of seen and unseen, known and unknown, living and spirit. You can learn to connect with this energy also. Why is the veil thin throughout October? Because the days are getting shorter, and we are preparing to temporarily withdraw from the realm of life and growth.

I am a 48 yr old, lifelong resident of the pine Barrens. If you come across a person walking with a weapon in these areas, you know they are either a local or very familiar with the area. It is the people who seem to be aimlessly wandering, not prepared, that mak me be on high alert. Most of us "Pineys" are adequately prepared when venturing into these amazing desolate areas.

Man of Light sent me here. I saw his channel mentioned on How to Hunt about 2 months ago, which I rarely watch. MoL videos matches some still pictures our trail cams get, particularly some amazing beams of lights that show up in our woods. We have a house in the middle of 17+ acres, surrounded by more acreage. No street lights. Our wild life triggers the cameras. The beams, orbs, unexplainable things are just amazing. We prayed over this property when we bought it in 2010, and I still prayer walk it on occasion. As the lights are triggered by the motion of the wildlife, they never exhibit any fear. So I assume there is no evil energy from these portals/lights, and, that was so stated by a Pastor who's viewed most of the pics. IMHO we are surrounded by much darkness outside of our property. I feel the safest right here at home.

Great vid! I could tell stories about the craziness I've seen in the pines over the years. Everything from a basketball sized orb, seen by myself and 3 friends late one night driving down a random dirt road. To moving and almost intelligent small orbs of different colors, some even changed colors. I've heard strange noises and have pics on my phone of freaky 3 toe'd prints in the snow, that I've showed numerous people. None of which have an explanation as to what would make prints like these! Actually, there's like 2 "toes" forward, and 1 center rear of the print, and they move in an exact straight line from tree to tree. When I first moved back from active duty, I stayed with my mother in Browns Mills for a bit, while working at Lockheed at night. Almost every night while going to my car, the hairs on my neck would stand up and it felt like something was watching me! We even had something on the roof one evening. Sounded like a person jumped down from a tree on the roof! Of course I didn't see anything when I went outside to check it out.. A LOT of spiritual stories as well, but yeah.. The pines are def wild and I'm not talking deer. Lol

Three toed tracks... look into the tridactyl Nazca mummies. Lots of buzz around that lately. They look a lot like the classic pop culture alien. As for Lockheed, they have been fingered as researching UFO crash retrievals by Lue Elizondo former Pentagon official who just released a book about this called Imminent.

Soooooo. Much more out there to find. If someone had the money it would be cool to search it by like a crate sections. I remember walking out in the woods near Malaga I wasn’t sure were we ended up walking but we found an old cranberry bog , old foundations of structures, a small cabin in disrepair but it was weird. Ole the good old days!

We would be extremely naive to believe we are alone in the universe. There are things living among us,, in the shadows, that we do not know. And yes ghosts are real, Ive seen them since I was a child.

I had a ghost follow me from the age of 5 to age 16 I even asked my mom why she didnt believe me at age 5 and up when we moved to a two story house I called for her to come upstairs and I said mom do you see him hes in the rocking chair in the corner, but she couldn't see him. He has filled me to homes i.lived in in older yrs. Things would fall out of cupboards and off dish trainers and yes at an age in my 70s my husband said he has felt his energy and said he believes I know what I saw is real.

Hi Tucker I recently came across your channel and I just wanted to thank you. I’m from Mays Landing, grow up in clover leaf lakes. I spent my whole childhood and teenage years exploring those woods and I must admit that even though I was alone in the woods, I never felt alone. I would regularly walk through the woods from my house to pine land gardens and further ( just never at night) 😅 anyway I left the state in 2011 and your videos are just bringing me down memory lane ❤

There are a lot of back roads out where you were, and I travel them often. The biggest monsters that I’ve come along, are the evil humans who dump unwanted cats in the middle of nowhere, thinking that these already domesticated cats will be able to fend for themselves. I believe that the live trap you came along was probably just a cat lover trying to rescue a dumped cat they may have spotted. I’ve seen lost cats multiple times out on Weatherby Rd. It’s so sad.
