I apologize if my tone sounds aggressive. Why would companies pay so much to employees that live in third world countries. A US minimum wage salary is like 6 figures for third world countries and it would make sense if they pay us in that range , but your 6 figure salary in dollars makes you a multi millionaire in india, especially for someone almost new to this industry(your pay would've also made sense if you had many years of experience), so how come companies still pay so much ?

PS: im from Pakistan, so i hope i didnt offend anyone with the "third world country" statement. i see it an opportunity rather then a disadvantage living in a third world country . Also , im not skeptical about kunal statements , nor im a hater , only here to learn how he got such a handsome salary package so i could also be in such position(since i just doubt myself only when finding such jobs ,even if i had the same skills as kunal) . I dont know why companies would pay so much , though i wont complain if such packages are common lol

What they dont take into consideration is the amount of years wasted and the salary given is so less compared to any tech job at the cost of security (from a financial perspective). Govt jobs are great if your goal is doing whatever the job is.
