Talk to the bank and maybe put it in a Roth IRA until you know what to do because asking on the internet is going to make you a target for scams and remember to not fall for any of them! Only put money in a good bank after doing internet searches and reviews because I’ve been hearing people saying that the banks are closing them out of their accounts and FDIC insured for the amount your putting into and if they only insure 150,000 and you got more than that you put them in another bank. Invest only half in stock, invest the other in more secure assets such as bonds or S&P. S& does not loses its value much 5. Take profit when that can make your happy. Think about what you can do with that money 6. Live your life better with the money you earn, buy a nicer car, nice home, travel, do charity etc.

He's basically saying the bank is earning interest and investing the money you pay your house note with, while you're losing it. Kinda like the IRS, when you try to get a bigger refund at the end of the year, the IRS is earning interest on the money that is taken out of your check just to take it as a whole at the end of the year instead of investing that money throughout the year in something that can earn more money for you and not them.
@purpleblueunicorn2 жыл бұрын
Actually the bank is not even earning money when your interest is lower than inflation. Which it is big time for most us mortgages.

And by the way he's giving you hints about the future & what to come! You please listen instead of coming up with unreasonable reasoning. Grasp his words & what he's telling you between the lines people! Understand language & intentions beyond the looks of it all! You need to exercise & train your intuition much more than your logical, rational mind while you're of course using your rational, practical & logical thinking at the same time! Look for & understand the unspoken words behind the spoken! Great short indeed!

People should be willing to take chances with their options when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields

That's a risky attitude, My friend. You might be missing out on some valuable opportunities and strategies that a finance advisor can offer. A finance advisor can help you plan for your short-term and long-term goals, optimize your tax situation, diversify your portfolio, and avoid costly mistakes.
@TheDuke79210 ай бұрын
I agree with You. A finance advisor can also provide you with objective and unbiased advice, especially when you are facing emotional or stressful situations. They can help you stay on track and avoid making impulsive decisions that can harm your financial future.

I used to think like you. I thought I knew enough about finance and investing to handle everything myself. But then I realized that I was spending too much time and energy on researching, analyzing, and monitoring my finances. I was also overwhelmed by the the of information and options available. I decided to hire a finance advisor and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. They saved me a lot of time and money, and gave me peace of mind.
