Something to note Khorvie - since AFMF2 (AMD Fluid Motion Frames) is GPU/driver based, external programs like MSI Afterburner and whatever benchmarking tool you're using can't capture the real FPS that is showing on your monitor. You need to use the AMD adrenalin overlay to actually see the huge boost in FPS that AFMF is giving you. It's usually around 1.5x-2x higher than the FPS the game/3rd party overlay is showing!! Also I'm on 6000 series and I still have these presets, I think they're even on 5000 series, but I never use the presets, I use my own manual tuning which is better than default yes i am a huge amd glazer and i hate nvidia but i'm not an expert, i just know a fair bit of amd stuff

Hyper RX is available on the 6000 series as well, but I've always customized the settings manually. Set up a global profile, save the changes and that's it.

That's the way it should be. Users should get good performance right out of the box, not torture their brains installing all sorts of nvidia inspectors. My first video card was a GeForce4 MX440. After that... two cards: HD 4850 and HD 6850 1gb (still alive, I've played like 800 hours of BF3 and ~500 hours of BF4 on this card with no issues), then GTX1060 6gb (still alive) and now I have RX 6800.

Suggestion: A lot of people that use AMD GPUs (like me) loves the Radeon ID custom drivers (aka Amernime drivers, Nimez etc). They offer a driver level extensive tweaking that you can choose to customize or use the presets. Also they have a Discord community. I use them and recommend. I think a video testing the driver would be dope.

Some of the settings can be a hit or miss depending on the game and bug out. As for HYPR-RX i can't think of a more useless function than this .. whats the point of using framegen in games just to add more latency to it. I have most settings at default, mainly using anti-lag / sharpening and custom color per game basis with OC/UV (5800x3d/7800XT)

I always skip the initial config and I make sure everything is disabled lol. Except tesselation, this setting I always change it to use the application config. Basically I let the game do everything. For display I make sure Freesync is working and that's it.

There really isn't anything you can tweak with AMD. I've found that Anti-Lag is terrible and just makes my games less smooth. There isn't an NVIDIA profile inspector for AMD sadly. I just leave everything at stock because frankly, everything else seems to be a gimmick or a joke

My internet speed has DRASTICALLY lowered. I went from a few hundred downloads to 20. I literally can't download anything because of how long it takes. I did change my driver, but my internet speed is still the same (20 downloads), and I don't know what to do. I tried so many things to fix it (my PC is already tweaked, but I did more), but it's still the same. If you have any fixes, please help. Download speed is usually not affected by drivers. Since you were getting 600 Mbps on a speed test, I would say that your connection is working correctly. In many cases, your download speed can only be as fast as the website's own internet speed (which is shared amongst many users). Also, you may be reading the difference between "Megabits per second (Mbps)" and "Megabytes per second (MB/s)". Speed tests often measure in Megabits, which would result in a value 8 times higher than a result that is measured in Megabytes.

listen to me. iam amd graphic user from r7 270. there is only 3 setting people have to care bout. preset just suck. first of all is tessellation/texture. they all set to medium. and its useless for gaming. just setting it to performance/use application setting/.Second turn on RIS 80%. Lastly just go to tuning and push min frequency higher for gpu and vram(fast timing to), include fan and power limit.
