This made me take another look at the stats for one of my top servants, Gorgon. A lot of fanart depicts her as anywhere from basketball player height all the way to straight-up giantess. Her actual profile height? 172 cm, the same as rider Medusa. Huh, I figured her summonable form would be smaller than the kaiju version we saw in Babylonia, but that close to average female height was not what I expected. Granted, she does travel around propped up on her tail a lot, so that would explain why she still manages to bonk her head on doorways in Chaldea.

Yeahhhhh I think they don't have her measured from her head to her tail otherwise she would probably be much much taller. I found it weird that Taimom in her adult form is only 2 inches taller than Abby. So apparently the Babylonia Singularity is the land of women who lie about their height.

In their OG art, Anne wears very steep heels, while Mary doesn't wear heels at all. In their summer outfit, Mary also wears heels that boost her height a bit, while Anne's heels aren't as steep as her OG self, but still steeper than Summer Mary's heels are. It's not a perfect explanation, but it does make things a bit less extreme.

No, it's their artist is a mecha artist and wasn't used to drawing humans at the time. Reminder as well they share the same artist with Artemis and Orion along with Babbage. Artemis we find out WHY she was designed by a mecha artist later even though he left hints in her ascension arts with all the metal debris and her power core. Babbage being a small ass mech that's closer to the Kabuto you see in Sakura Wars is also a perspective fuckery do to how he is presented and even having size changing given how he is drawn with Fran inside him when he turns into a train.

I actually did some research on the Abigail height. IIRC(no guarantees, this was a while ago and I don't have the docs anymore), the height for a girls Abigails age was about 2 inches shorter across the board, but that was partially due to a later average puberty, with it decreasing to about half an inch for fully grown females and 1 inch for adult males.

To give you perspective on this, Sigurd is 5'10" or 178 cm while Siegfried is about 6'3" or 190 cm. Their respective wives are 172 cm Bryn or 5'8" while Krim is 168 cm or 5'5". One couple looks around the same height while the other would have people call cops on Siegfried in modern times because people are so obsessed over height. You also have people think Marie is a loli (in terms of height) yet she is taller then Artoria and Liz who are 154 cm or 5' while Marie is 160 cm or 5'2"... She's only 2 cms shorter the Drake... And Ushi is taller then all of them at 168 cm or 5'5" while her Avenger version is only 172 cms or 5'6"... basically near unnoticeably taller.

Sieg is 165 cm tall and weighs 53 kg, while Astolfo is 164 cm tall and weighs 56 kg. That should mean that Astolfo would be more muscular than Sieg (which all things considered would make more than enough sense), yet whenever we see Sieg shirtless he's more buff than he initially appears while Astolfo is twinky AF.

Why would you, a teenager or adult, not be taller then your mother? Not to mention given LArtoria is usually on her horse, no, you wouldn't be usually. Unless you were somehow 7ft. And by that point you perspective is way too wrapped to be complaining. Like how my friend was forced to break up with his girlfriend by society because he was 6'5" and she was 5'. She was the older one but because he had an Irishmans beard and she was Asian he was arrested for looking like a pedophile kissing her. Well as someone who is a fan of Kingprotea and Paul Bunyan, I am super sad that Tiamom is so small. Yes I know she is in her larva state but her 3rd ascension is only 160 cms or 5'2. Like maybe it is because I am used to Babylonia Tiamom who was bigger than Gorgon but seriously baffles me that this goddess is 2 inches taller than the 12 year old pancake girl.

My friend is 6'5". He had a girlfriend (who was older) who was 5' nothing. He was forced by societal pressure (and being arressted) to break up with her because people thought he was a pedo for kissing her because he has an Irishmans beard and she was Asian... He was barely 21 and she was 30. People called the cops on him, he was arressted and his girlfriend at the time had to argue with the cops that she was older even when she showed them her ID. To show off this concept, lets take Siegfried and Kriemhild vs Sigurd and Brynhildr. 6'3"/5'5" vs 5'10/5'6". Which one would turn heads more? Even more so, Ushi vs Taira. Ushi is 5'5"... Taira is 5'6"... People think of Taira as the "grown up version" and imagine her to be really tall and she's barely taller then her 14 year old self. Which she is because the Legends of Yorimitsu tell us when he began his journey from the temple and then had his legendary encounter with Benkei that would lead them to become Master and Retainer. The age of 14, just after he left his temple training with Kagekiyo. Depicted in her ascension art background. This isn't even getting into the likes of Marie and how she's taller then both Artoria and Liz who are both 5' to Maries 5'2" but people just assume she's tiny because she's nice even though funny enough the real life Marie was stacked if her portraits are anything to be believed while Drake is... Barely taller at a 2 inch difference to Marie rounded up to 5'4". Meanwhile people try and say Raikou isn't Ara Ara height but I must remind people... Your not a kid anymore. And an Asian mom being 5'7" already makes her taller then a majority of the moms she would meet. It's also about the vibes, trying to self insert as the shota while forgetting your not actually a kid anymore is a really weird dissonance. Fuck, I was taller then most of the adult women in my family when I was 10. Most of them capped out at 5' 4" and I was already 5' 6". My situation is even more weird cause I'm half White and half Hawaiian, born and raised in Hawaii so having full grown female cousins I could pick up and toss around at 10 was normal for me cause they weight like barely 100 lbs and again, most were shorter then me by this point.
