IT is, but it can get pricy fast. I was focused on seeing if I could make it affordable, and it turns out it's definitely possible. Just stay away from the $1500 EDM festivals 😂

I remember Tulum when it just was a day trip to the ruins from Cancun and nothing else. I wouldn't bother going now because of what I've seen of these "Tuluminati" people. Overpriced and poor infrastructure I'd say.

Infrastructure is fine, bus is cheap and comfortable to get there, but definitely some sticker shock with the final price. The crowds really dampened my enthusiasm as well, it was much nicer early in the day. ✌️

The sea was a crazy ride back! But also super fun, I debated going inside but then thought about when would I ever get to enjoy that again, so I stayed. A few others were definitely getting sick, but I did not :)

Yeah, it's a tricky situation for sure. A real double-edged sword as I mentioned. I do think a lot of people need to give more consideration to those people who already live somewhere though, and respect their wishes too.
