Hi , I have invested in more than 20 funds with total corpus around 25 lakhs. As per the rule, we should have 5-6 funds in portfolio. To rebalance my portfolio , Should I withdraw from all 15 funds in one go to reinvest it in 5 dedicated funds? Or should I withdraw only the funds which have return upto 1 lac to save the tax on long term capital gain?? What will be the good strategy to grow the portfolio in long term and reduce over diversification ??

Check the underperforming funds and exit now as market is all time high. You can also keep in mind 1 lakh profit tax free rule if possible. Once u withdraw, wait for market correction to reinvest
