I do Kaatsu training here in Japan which is the original occlusion training. Here a trainer uses air pressure into the bands to control blood flow. I'm 76 and it's a great weekly workout. Cuts my time in the gym by at least half.

Would occlusion training work with suspension resistance training or with resistance bands?
