Hey girl! Glad you are feeling better! I have been on the spiritual path since the Beatles were writing their trippy music. I have taken all the classes, read all the books, meditated on all the topics, and tripped the light fantastic. It is a journey, and we are all on it. I’m like a sponge at the moment, absorbing whatever resonates with me. That book is calling to me. I can’t wait to have it in my hands. The crystals don’t draw me in so much. I do have a couple for clarity and love but I will not get more at this time, the future may include them more. I will just do my best to be fluid and allow the flow to come. I’m attempting a medicine bag but if it doesn’t come together that’s okay , maybe later it will. Thank you Karen for being a wealth of information and presenting it in a wonderful way! Hi Karen, I hope you feel better fast! I’m so glad you brought this up! I found myself being frustrated that I couldn’t get as excited about this book as you are. I even ordered it hoping that if I read it, things would change. There are parts I do love, but I just didn’t feel attached. When I asked my spirit team about this, they said that for me it’s like studying for a test that you won’t be around to take. I will be 75 years old next month, with any luck, and seven years from now, I may be somewhere else entirely😉. They said I should just keep doing what I’ve been doing, like watching you❤ and respond to what resonates for me. Thanks again for this discussion!

I completely understand i’m 73 turning 74 next month , i feel i most likely won’t be around for to many years in the future because i have terminal untreatable disease ! But i find peace knowing my Son most likely will be here to experience much of what I won’t , at least not here in this life !!! But i find great joy in my crystals and always have in All rocks !! I’m an empath and don’t call my self a physic but i do know things, hear things and see spirits and I always have, but haven’t always known or understood it. I only realized it in my 20’s !!

I see that so many times on FB and YT. I do not understand the value of doing that. It seems to me to be self-defeating and no one benefits from it.

Achieving higher spiritual awareness is not a dogmatic process which is what pretty much the ego has taught you everything. If you focus only on allowing the universe to send you what you need to improve your understanding and Ascension then what you need will come into your view. That has worked very well for me for the past 40 years. When I was ready to embark on my spiritual work, quite literally the handbook to higher consciousness fell at my feet at the bookstore😅. And if something doesn't completely resonate with you that's okay, maybe you just need to have that little bit of information for a situation that arises far down the path. The paths to enlightenment are as numerous and infinite as the universe.

Okay... I have not yet seen your crystal video, but I LOVE all you have said here. I am a "do it and learn it my own way" kind of person. I was drawn to crystals about 10-12 years ago and every now and then I learn a bit about them but mostly I just work with them intuitively. I make little grids that I feel like making with no reference except my heart and my preferences. Feel fine to me. See, this is why I love your videos. Everyone needs to work through things the way THEY need to do it!

This was very helpful and one of the examples that I think about that relates to what you’re saying is the book called the Celestine prophecy. I read it probably 25 years ago and then gave it away. About a month ago I thought about it and so bought it again. I was surprised to find that I will no longer recommend it to people because it just did not resonate with me at all so at this time, I will look into the book that you are recommending. If we do what you are describing here (go with our personal flow) then we are taking responsibility for our own soul’s growth. We are no longer looking outside ourselves for the answer. And that means there is no one to “blame”. Honestly, there is no reason to blame anyway, but hopefully you understand what I mean. Whatever our own personal flow means, if we allow ourselves and others to discover that flow without judgment, we are all going in the same direction.

(In addition to this channel) I really enjoy Solar Glow Meditations, especially the Reiki videos. The one for Anger & Grief transformed my life. I felt AMAZING the first few days afterwards, and I wasn't triggered at all by my usual triggers (and there were MANY!) I still feel a lot calmer with many things, such as work and with driving (no more road rage!) A coworker of mine tried it too, but it didn't work for her. I agree that different things work for different people at different times.

Sorry you were sick!! Please take good care of yourself! We do need to be aware that book knowledge and teachings can often be wrong for us even while it can be right at times for some people. Case in point: the animal medicine books. I love the Animal Medicine books and cards, love all animals, and have seen nature can show up to bring messages symbolically. It happens. Yet I once had a fox show up to tell me something that had absolutely nothing to do with "fox medicine." In fact, it was a very specific message about a particular situation, which you wouldn't think an animal would even know about or have messages about. Yet there it was. Very helpful insight, too. And the west coast skunks recognized me immediately when I moved out there, calling me "the skunk helper" because of some work I did in the East with a skunk. Guess their consciousness is connected in awareness more than ours is. So reality is much different than we realize, although I think we're waking up to it. Our book understanding will be limited. We do need to allow Spirit to show us what we need to see. Rocks are the same way - I have dozens of rock medicine books, and many offer different interpretations of what a particular rock "does" or "is about." Yet the instinctive feel of my body for "get this one, it feels right, that's what we need" is most reliable in my experience. If they are from sacred land with a very high vibe, they may be able to do things and have effects not in the books. Rocks are also very ancient consciousness, the oldest of the planet (I don't even think their consciousness is limited to a physical location), so they have wisdom to share, insights, and knowledge, which will vary from stone to stone as from person to person. Same as trees, the Grandfather Tree in South Carolina is a very wise old teacher working with people for hundreds of years now. Tuning our own intuition is the key, which is one thing I like about your channel - you're wanting to empower us to do our own interpretation of reality, rather than make us dependent. Thank you for that! As for the "right" answers, it seems there are only the right answers for us personally at that time. We learn from a teacher, then over the years realize the limitations of that understanding or that teacher, and move past that level to another teaching that offers higher understanding, for example. There are also many paths to the top of the mountain. Intention to move toward that which is love and light can be in the way that is best for us, and it will lead our path along the way that is best for us. If there is an ultimate truth or we are headed in the same direction of our seeking/intention, we will all wind up at the same place eventually. It's also complicated by the fact that there are infinite timelines. Every possibility that can happen supposedly is happening, it's just which frequency we tune into with our particular energy signature at that time. Nobody can predict the future that will occur for everyone, because different beings will head down different train tracks based on their attention and emotional state, their point of attraction, as well as their soul's prebirth plan for experiencing. Some channeled info may therefore be true for some folks but not others. Some is also deliberate disinformation, because sadly that is also being put out by certain parties. But there are many legit channelers whose material may not resonate for those who are not quite on that frequency path to that particular pacha (Quechua word for a location in time-space). People who spent some incarnations in the Pleiades tended to resonate with the Barbara Hand Clow material, I noticed. Some others did not. For the Pleiadians on their paths, her material may well prove true. Not everyone, however; we're on different timelines. There is a channeler who is bringing through the message that all humans will be off the planet within 100 years. I instinctively felt that would not be on my timeline. It might happen for others. Some folks are heading for 5D, we aren't all heading there. In fact some groups under other energy leaders (like Jonette Crowley) are already taking certain folks into higher dimensions. Now as high as 12D. Gives us a lot to consider. It therefore seems wise to me to ask our guides and holy angels to work closely with us to keep us on our personal highest timeline. (Sorry this was so long, I didn't have time to make it shorter.)

Agree with your take on receiving mixed messages; it’s a very personal thing, spirituality, and you take what resonates with you and leave the rest. Fyi for those this may help- There are these things called ginger chews and are available at most grocery stores in the candy section usually. They settle your stomach and are a bit chewy thus may require a moment to get used to but are very effective and natural. As an after-edit, please be aware if you are unused to ginger, it may seem “spicy” upon the first chews; just keep chewing it a bit and the “spiciness” will lessen considerably. The brand I use is made by the Ginger People and called Gin-Gins😊 Also thank you for all your discussions around the MBTI! It’s helped me relate to the extroverts in my life👍🏻 It’s interesting and painful that I’ve had a number of INFJ door slams over the past few years but spiritually seems it’s right on time. It fits with the overall shifts happening of letting things that no longer serve us go and certainly within the upcoming year of the green wood snake.

Any kind of Ginger beer would probably be good. It is non-alcoholic. It is just stronger than ginger ale. I had a Celtic revelation in the middle of Jerusalem, Israel in 2010. Before that experience I had a dream where I spoke to a Druid sitting under a dolmen. I had an affirmation when I gifted a book with a picture of that dream in it. I do have strong Celtic ancestry. I believe in a Creator and I value the teachings of Jesus but there is more to spirituality than the Bible and organized religion.

Once again... YES!!! "Variety is the spice of life", and the contrast serves creation. "Right & Wrong" don't apply to philosophy, spirituality, and the like. It only applies to stuff like scientific laws (healthy grass is green and the earth is round), and experienced history (Hitler really was responsible for the holocaust of the jews and Obama really was the first black president). Disagreeing with stuff like that is literally delusional, but disagreeing about matters of opinion or process is a freedom to be enjoyed and celebrated (in my opinion, according to my process - lol). Aside: just listened to a KZbinr, Paul Wallis, The 5th Kind. I highly recommend it. Lots of really good information there and very plausible reasons why we are seeing these orbs and UFOs. Also very, very interesting interpretations of early carvings and why galactic visitors might have been pollinating humans to develop a more resistant DNA for changes coming to our planet. When mixed together they give off a strange vibe… if U take a crystal in a small plastic bag to a crystal store they will happily write with markers ~ on the baggy so u know exactly which they are! Thank you… OK, that helps some of the confusion I have been struggling with. I did break my vow to not buy in 2025. I told myself it was a “need” rather than a want for my spiritual health. I wanted this book along with the Oracle cards. I found a set of 3 books from her which I bought “The Golden Future”, “A Little Light On The Spiritual Laws” & “Angel Inspiration”, all from Diana Cooper. I think the spiritual law book may help with some of my confusion, it says “If you don’t understand the rules of the game, you can’t play in the top league”. I know my vibration is low as all I used to do was watch news (msnbc). Can u answer my question, is this book for more advanced pple in 4d. Or does it explain basic concepts and how to achieve 5d?

I agree that suggestions should be suggestions, not orders. No one that I know takes orders easily. Especially Americans. I am a Scorpio and will sting people with my tail who try to tell me what to do. I've been treated like my thoughts were not as important as the males in my life since I was a child.
