Yes I noticed body and mind changing together in life…. At 65 my spiritual eyes open, and I became aware of not only God, but mother Mary, and a universe full of angels and spirit guides ready to help us evolve! But the age 60 was hard, my body changed and my spirit life evolved, much better!!!

It's so funny that you talked about this today. For the past few days, I've felt like my body has been fighting something off. Yesterday, I had a reading from an astrologer/medium for the very first time. It was amazing. I believe she's helped me get rid of what she called a "boulder" that was in the way. She said I wasn't blocked, just that she couldn't see around the boulder. The reading was to be 90 minutes, but after about an hour, she mentioned the boulder. She said she would send me a meditation to do and she gave me other "homework." Then she said that we could finish up the reading once I felt the boulder was gone. I did the meditation and other homework last night. I then got out the dowsing rods I got about 10 days ago. They hadn't worked previously. Well, I guess the boulder is gone because I can use them now!

I always think of illness (colds/flu) as a teaching moment. My body took in an illness for what reason? Sometimes I can figure it out...stress etc....and sometimes, not. But I always believe illness happens for a reason. I'm glad you're feeling better !!

I've definitely seen lots of ways that the body can process healing, including in the form of purging, both in myself and in my clients. I think it's important to not be too simplistic about the interpretation. Everybody is an individual and we can each get different messages at different times from our bodies. Sometimes those messages aren't very pleasant, but they will usually ease up, once they have been "heard". it's a kind of dream interpretation process, listening for the symbolism. For example, I once asked a client if she was "pissed off" about something, when she had a strange urinary infection ;-) The most important thing is to bring compassion to ourselves in the process of that inquiry. That makes a huge difference!

YES! Since this fall I have been having temperature spikes which I had dismissed as perimenopausal symptoms. In December, I purchased dowsing rods (after watching you) and my Spirit Team went wild confirming all sorts of things. The heat I was feeling were upgrade symptoms. In November, I became violently nauseous for no apparent reason. They confirmed this was spiritual too. I’ve been having bouts of nausea again for the last 24 hrs. I haven’t confirmed with the ST yet, but… also breaking out like a teenager! 😮

In continuation to my original comment… I am a hot shower girl. I take a soak in the bathtub maybe twice a year. In the last 2 weeks I’ve have two salt baths because I was craving them. How do you crave a salt bath??? I don’t know, but it’s happening to me. Then I randomly heard a comment on a spirit-based channel this morning about salt baths being grounding. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Weirdly, just yesterday, I remembered something that happened to me a couple years ago and it’s related to what you are going through. !!! I went camping by myself and was far from home and an ER. (I was going through another really intense spiritual awakening at the time.) My awakening process at that time was one wild otherworldly thing after another that I could write a book on. All on its own. Back to the camping situation… It was nighttime and I laid down and instantly felt dizzy and really strange. Kind of like a panic attack but there was 0 reason for it! I was relaxed, happy I was in the forest and so on. To keep this short, I had to call an ambulance and they stabilized me enough to where I could drive myself home the next day (a 5 hour drive home 🙃) by the time I got home, I had to go to the ER in my hometown. I could not stop throwing up. They ended up admitting me, ran every test they could think of and had NO answers for me. They were all baffled. As was I. But ….3 days later…there’s the 3 again! I was able to go home. So yes, totally could be your shot or the flu but….it could be part of the awakening process for sure. We also have crazy solar flares happening, wild and rare astrology things happening AND a really intense Wolf Full Moon on Monday that’s literally called…”The stay at home full moon”. So hunker in on Monday the 13th! Another 3!!! And anyone who hasn’t heard of what’s going on astrologically and with the upcoming full moon…I highly recommend looking into that. You hit the nail on the head for me. I have had psoriasis my whole life since I was a child. For the most part it only affected my knees and elbows. For a couple of years now I am covered in patches of it and there are places on my body where the skin sheds like when one has a sunburn. When we raise our vibration level we enhance our immune system and basically stay healthier. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease where the immune system attacks the skin. When we are angry, depressed, worried, etc. our vibration level decreases and our immune defenses decrease which allows us to get sick. Most likely when you were off the other day, in a bad mood, and feeling down your body became susceptible to catching that bug. I feel very blessed that I have not gotten Covid and seldom get the flu.(no flu shots and had it 3 times in my life) When I do get a cold, I just sleep it off and it normally only lasts one day where I can't function. Another indication for me of a spiritual connection is that I get chills running through my body and this happens now every day. Last week my body was twitching. I asked my SGs if these things happen when I am connecting and they said yes.

I am in Australia. I had a purging experience last October where I had food poisoning when camping. I collapsed in the middle of a very cold night and wasn't found until after 3 hours spent on very cold tiled floor. I'd been lying in the contents of my whole digestive system. Purging was a great name for what happened & came out of both ends. I was semi-conscious, dehydrated & hypothermic when found. It was unusual that I was actually found before I was on the verge of death. I was taken to hospital, where I spent several hours being rehydrated, warmed, & medicated to stop the purging. Since then my spiritual life has taken a big lift and I've been happy, at peace, able to take things as they come, and am more open and loving. Yes, we can have periods of time when we get rid of stuff and that can be in a physical sense, representing the negative energy we've picked up in our lives. I love your show and watch most of them. You are awesome!

Oh Girl and Community! 2 yrs ago or so, I started a painful and buring itching skin thing. My dr has zsro idea what it is. 6 month's ago, I started getting light code pitches. I have had the flu now, 3 times since September 2024. I am also working on my alchemy, which it became clearer this is apart of my path. I have many clars, but they are becoming stronger now. What a week, was it in the stars everywhere? Furbaby in ER on Tues morn, didn't get home until 9pm, very cold night, post anesthesia pup doesn't want to leave car and I can't get car in garage as wood planks are stacked there and we have black bears cruise through often and Aiy! Aiy! We need to get him out. Call on help from the grown kids, nothing works, dog is determined. I was by then shaking with exhaustion as I was also sick before this. Dog growling in half sleep If you reach toward him as anesthesia slowly wears off so it was eventually leave some water and pile of blankets and lock him in and thank god that the wind slowed and it was a bit warmer an check on him every 45 min and monitor cameras for any local black bears( who are always welcome to travel through here and are never a problem). Long night, light naps, at 3:30 pm check go out and his ears are up and eyes clear, looking out the window at me with expression that says 'what in the world am I doing in here mom'? 😂, a sense of humor gets us through and we finally tumble onto warm bed safe. But a week was ahead of feeling like I was in battle for him. Fantastic vet team I can't say enough about them, I am so grateful timing went as did. So relieved he finally became stable yesterday🙏🏻 and moved out of the danger state and we both slept last night. The mug would make a great thank you gift to his amazing vet( and for my coffee loving sister). I Love the message✨ . In topic response, I never drink enough water in clearing moments, lots of water does help all the levels😊. Pedialyte was perfect. The 3s! Of course, completions and new beginnings perhaps?! 3 has always been a big number around here too. And its happy cohorts, 6 and 9 ✨ preferably not vomitus indicticus 😉 but spirit is as spirit does. This is sorta silly I know but I imagine purge process like your aura and etheric bodies gets a deep tissue massage and same rule as post body work, water helps flush out what was released and a nice nature walk helps with shift and movement also, when up to it. Ozempic talk- My sis is on 5th week and does experience a pretty intense tiredness that increased with dose progression. She just sleeps and rests all day on her shot day now and finds it helps her. Note- My sis ok with sharing info here also, I asked. I was reading some had nausea around the second month and that passed, it wasn't a permanent side effect which is Yay!! Do they do this with all brands? Give you only four needles for six doses so you have to go buy needles? Of course one discovers this fact just as one goes to administer the fifth dose 😁. Off to drugstore ones sister soon goes🚗 Well half watching Lady Bird( so good), you tubing and catching up on sleep in front of fireplace fire so grateful to have my doggo cuddled up next to my leg, sleeping deeply and sharing the armchair with me. OMG YES! Over a week ago I became dizzy right after getting up. The room was SPINNING! I became sick from the motion. I laid on the couch and found I had to keep my eyes closed, and I was tired so I slept for 4 more hours. My husband was keeping tabs on me, but eventually I was able to get up. I've been fine ever since. I don't know what it was other than something maybe like that. I'm glad you brought this up!

And it's a way to also for us - spiritually and psychologically to "let the body work" and to stop "interrupting" the process of evolving. I guess I do a lot of that. I have passed out six times, and doctors don't know why. This last time was last April, and I broke my leg from it. The doctors were all concerned because you shouldn't pass out and not feel or hear your leg not breaking. I just woke up with it hurting. They kept me overnight and ran every test and scan. I even had a heart monitor for a week. I never would have connected it to changes afterward. Something to think about! Thank you!

Yes - I have had a spiritual clearing. I got listeria last summer, which challenged me to survive dysentery. I spent weeks throwing up and having diarrhea - it was more extreme than usual due to my being on chemo pills and having a severely weakened stomach. Putting the synchronicities together, I later realized this clearing was orchestrated by Moloch, and was meant to strengthen my bond with him. It also acts as a soft-vaccine to listeria in case I get it again in the future; so in a backwards and roundabout way, Moloch did me a huge favor, for which I am grateful >^_^

Karen, my first thought when you said earlier in the week that you had a stomach virus, I thought no, it’s the semaglutide. I was using it last summer and the first two months were fine but when I moved up to the 1 MG dose oh my goodness I was so sick throwing up, diarrhea exhaustion. I even pulled it back to the earlier dose and it was like my body was saying sorry this isn’t gonna work for you. My daughter has had better success and not been sick but she does feel tired at times. I was so disappointed because I had 100% coverage through my insurance and I thought this is going to help me get over a plateau on my weight loss journey. I had lost 60 pounds on WW and I did lose 10 pounds but that’s because I was so sick. Good luck, Karen, but don’t discard the idea of the medication contributing to your symptoms.

My thoughts - My experience has been that spiritual growth is mirrored and integrated through our physical body. Our spiritual body adjusts quickly and with ease, but because we live in a 3D physical world where time and space rule the day, our physical body takes time to catch up. That integration can often feel unsettling. Astrological aspects in the sky and in your chart can also affect your physical body, especially your sleep patterns. The sign of Pisces rules sleep, and it definitely has a strong impact on our health. Saturn and Neptune are both in Pisces now. Their transit into Aries in a few months will be a powerful experience for the whole planet. Aries represents a brand-new beginning. Maybe we need more sleep to get ready for that? Each birth chart-which I believe is our soul contract for this lifetime-interacts differently with the planets as they transit through the cosmos. That can affect our health as well.

They are unlocking parts of us slowly, especially for older people like me who have older bodies that are trying to hold this light and energy. @ my full awakening experience started January 1, 2020 when I came down with Covid for three weeks I wasn’t tired. I was lethargic. I had no motivation I couldn’t complete a task. I felt like my spirit was only a quarter in my body, my symptoms were completely different than everyone else else’s. Deep sleeping allows for a greater connection to the spiritual realm. If you can, you should sleep as long and as deep as possible. You will receive messages from loved ones who have passed and from spiritual beings. I know this because I was diagnosed with incurable cancer 10 years ago. @ I found it online, but it is: 1 1/2 C powdered sugar (I used Swerve), 1 1/2 C powdered milk (I used Anthony’s powdered heavy cream found on Amazon), 1 C unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 Tbs cornstarch (I did I not use this in mine), 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, optional 1 tsp cinnamon. I sifted the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to omit lumps. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth/no lumps, taste a little to see if you like the flavor, store in an airtight jar. Use 3-4 Tbsp per 8 oz water. Add more of any ingredient of choice.

I had a 333 experience a couple of weeks ago. I woke up one morning at 3:33. That afternoon I was talking to a friend on the phone and we got cut off. We reconnected and the time came up 3:33. I said to him. It is 333, that is what time I woke up this morning. The next morning, 3:33. That afternoon I was talking to the same friend again and I just happened to look at the time. 333. I told him and freaked him out. It happened the next day too but was not on the phone. The 4th day I was watching Tyler Henry the medium and he was doing a reading and out of the blue he says, Mom, what was the odometer reading on the car on the way here. She says, 33,333. The person he was reading said, that is I see that number every morning! Crazy!

It can be a spiritual ascension! You may want to look into various homeopathic methods to help you when these appear. That ladt part just came to me. I use a couple for nerve and UTI symptoms. This could have been a reminder for me, as with the 8 week old puppy (black Golden Doodle) I haven't been drinking enough water! So take what feels like truth for you and let the rest go! I kerp saying one of these days a video idea will arrive. HEADS UP. LONG COMMENT LOL Apologies for that. I just get excited when sharing something spiritual. I can't think of a physical reaction on my journey, or at least not how you described yours. It's more of a feeling of who I work with spiritually and their presence (which I mention down below). Maybe it's because I'm an INFJ and I go by feelings. But 3's have been a big part of my life, which is why I find it funny that I was drawn to watch your videos when you were just starting out because of your own connection with 3's. Here are my connections: - I was born 3 months early. I died 3 times. - A more uplifting one I always like to add is me finding the person I'd spend the rest of my life with. I only hand 2 boyfriends before I found the man who's now my husband. So, 3rd time's the charm! - My life path number is 9. That alone can be broken down into 3's. - I was born at 7:47 pm. And no matter how you add up the numbers, it results in a 9 which, as stated, can be broken down into 3's. (7 + 4 + 7 = 18 which then 1 + 8 = 9... OR... 7 + 7 = 14 + 4 = 18 which of course 1 + 8 = 9... OR... 7 + 7 = 14 which then 1 + 4 = 5 + 4 = 9... OR... 7 + 4 = 11 which then 1 + 1 = 2 + 7 = 9) Now I don't know numerology, but I've listened to others who do. I think I did it right, but if anyone here who knows more than me wants to correct me, please do! - To get into who I work with spiritually as I had mentioned above, just last year I found a connection to a few gods and goddesses. Among them are Hecate and Brigid. Hecate came to me first and is known as a triple goddess (maiden, mother, crone). You can also find the number 3 associated with her in other ways too in research. Brigid is also a triple goddess (fire/smithing, poetry/inspiration, and healing). - The Morrigan (mother of Brigid) is also a triple goddess. Though my husband works with her more, I am allowed to work with her as well (we both used a pendulum and asked if it was ok). Though she has 3 names: Macha, Badb, Nemain (but I have seen alternate versions of these names too. These are just the ones I know). She is also associated with the number 3. - Persephone is another I've felt a connectection with and FUN FACT if she comes to you you're also more than likely going to feel Hades' presence as well and vice versa since they're married. I find it really cute. But the asteroid named Persephone has the number 399. I don't know if that counts, but I'm gonna count it LOL Hades, on the other hand, I don't see a connection to the number 3 other than through Persephone with what I mentioned and that they both work with Hecate, who I just said is a triple goddess. - Possible other connections: Egyptian goddesses Bastet and Nut. They are VERY new to me right now. Not in mythology but in a possible connection. I'm still researching them. So far, I see no connection to the number 3 but if anyone here knows more than I do, please let me know! I'd love to learn more. EDIT: Just discovered that 2025 is a 9 year. Last time we had a 9 year was 2016 (I got married that year). In a past video of yours I said my next 7 year cycle starts this year because I turn 35.... Like... WHAT?! LOL What is happening for me this year? This is insane! (rhetorical question, but a question that will definitely be on my mind this year)

I have a soft feeling (no pun!) in my head akin to that fizz that seems to have an audio-range tone associated with it. Over the last few weeks I’ve noticed it’s always there in the background and gets more prominent as I meditate or am excited by the prospects of actions I can take in a loving way to benefit others. Baby steps, but steps in the right direction. I Believe.

I have been on semiglutide for a year. I have lost 50 pounds. One of the side effects of the medication is extrmeme tiredness. I am extremely tires the 3rd,4th and 5th day of the weeks when I take it. If you have any questions about the meds, feel free to reach out.

Yes to your question about ascension symptoms. I’ve been exploring a lot of ascension content over the last year and I found that I do have a lot of symptoms. Intolerance to processed food and meat, vivid dreams every night, vibration type feeling in my body here and there, I lost interest in shows I used to watch. Bouts of fatigue sometimes. I’m craving water more but it doesn’t feel like thirst.

Not a flu or like that, but during the eclipse last spring I felt agitated and my scalp felt prickly. It was a very odd experience. Since then I have been able to sense energy. It's kind of disturbing at times.

Only off thing I have noticed lately is my face gets flushed like I’m having blood pressure issues but I am not. Maybe that’s why 🤷‍♀️it used to happen after a glass of wine but I have no interest in alcohol anymore. I have been doing a lot of spiritual work and meditation daily.

I've had Norovirus twice. It ain't pretty at all. Interestingly, it just hit me as you were talking that the first time I had Norovirus was 18 years ago, also the last time we shifted into Pisces North Node, Virgo South Node, which is my natal configuration.
