Are things getting more expensive in Bangkok?

Our first day back to Bangkok and we needed to get some things. We started off eating at Foodland and it made me wonder how much the prices had changed over the years. I made a video about Foodland seven years ago so I compared those prices with todays prices, and they have gone up. In addition to the prices going up, one thing that is consistent with Thailand is change. Enjoy

No and yes.. tourist prices have gone up Hard..mainly becase of the chinese and korean tourists that really pay anything ppl say to them ..and the seedy bar and ladyprices seems to exploded to insane prices according to friends who like that... My favorite food lady here in Sutthisan area / Bangkok has risen the prices 10 baht in 2 years so now it cost 70 baht . i haven't seen any extreme price gauges for a local normal life here just smaller normal price raises 555

@@nattm6553 thank you for the comment and I agree with you. Tourist areas probably see the largest price increases, while non-touristry areas see normal cost of living adjustments. We just visited one of my wife's friends'restaurants in Phutsanulok, and everything was 25 baht...so nice.
