Pax charged $102 driver paid $34 the list goes on when is the external fee's for insurance gonna stop and drivers get that money back? Uber is literally taking 70% of the fare and pax are pissed being price gouged so NO tip 😢

Uber & lyft are just trying to buy time, to get to the autonomous vehicle. That is their endgame. Just wish there was a co. or group, that would quit racing to the bottom. If they paid drivers fairly, 2014 dynamic fares. They would have plenty of quality cars, along with quality drivers. Just my thought.

The driver's in their cars are the product being sold. company is like to save money on product and pay employees as little as they possibly can to make consumer prices cheaper. however, when the product has a choice about whether or not it wants to be your product, your best bet is to make them choose you over your competitors and then your competitors won't have any product to sell.

If they don’t get drivers here in the U.S. they’ll import drivers like they do nurses. We should constantly write letters to our public servants demanding what we want from ridshare companies. Imagine the Governor of your state getting thousands of letters weekly…

Yes Uber/Lyft bonuses are a big facade. Plus, Uber is stealing money from drivers. If the trip balance is $50 and you're going to the airport or on a toll road those fees need to be ADDED to trip balance not subtracted from the trip balance. Then if you are not aware that YOU have ten days to submit your reimbursement, if not they keep your money and keep on stealing money from drivers and passengers.

Covering up to 25 miles of a tow is the only worthy reward, but now Lyft is offering 24/7 Allstate Roadside Assistance in my market. I may start driving Lyft more. They pay a tad less but they have more surges now than Uber and they are currently doing that 70% earnings after fees guarantee. I really prefer the ease of use with Uber but they continue to get more unbearable. And make no mistake I know Lyft is just a year if not months from following Uber down the drain.

when Uber offered the drivers the cash or stock reward , years ago. I took the money. The reason is that, why would I trust the bobbleheads at Uber? Give me the cash. If I go throught it, so be it. They took over 14 years to generate a "profit". Would you trust THAT MANAGEMENT? They really are incredibly inept. If they can bring themselves to admit, they do not have a clue, what a partner or customer service truly is.

Any delivery or ride share service has to have drives if not the company goes under I believe a uber driver should get 50% at lease

Man they have really ramped up the disappearing of the Tips. And parts of some of the reast. It's tough enough to recover the gas money on the ride. Then uber disappears any change of survival when they disappear the tips.

I'm tired of my riders asking me how much I'm getting paid for their trip and the show on their face with shock that I'm getting most of my trip only 50% or less. Freaking disgusting and fraudulent of how Uber is stealing from me.

Current Uber driver here in Tallahassee Florida aka college town. Uber getting worse and worse. I can’t wait for the fsu football season to start. Tbh, that’s the only time i get good money. Other than that, I get paid less miles than dollars. Not even $1 a mile nowadays.
