I relate to many things said here. I am a teacher and I can't go to my classroom without doing extreme level of preparation, even if the topic is very easy, I have to go through my routine preparation. Even after doing all this, I make mistakes in my classroom, especially tounge slips. I even miss out on family occasions and outing on Sundays just so that I can prepare for my class the next day, this habit of mine has definitely affected my other aspects of life. I don't know what to do, I either procrastinate or I try to be a perfectionist.

Sudarsana Kriya helps. Its a life saver if done consistently. It is taught by Art Of Living foundation by SriSri RaviSankar. You dont need to be an avid follower of Gurudev. Just learn the kriya & do it for 2 weeks & see how it feels.

Thank you so much for such an insightful video... As someone who has been struggling with all these symptoms for years now, (quite coincidentally i just had an anxiety attack this morning, i felt as though my heart was about to burst through my ribs and i was almost in tears in the middle of the road) it is quite relieving to know that it's something treatable rather than a "character flaw" as the uneducated population tends to brand it. It's not easy, functioning with a brain that refuses to listen. Jobs, relationships, friendships, family... Everything seems to be another wall to be maintained rather than a place of comfort.

Orikal medication thudangiyaal pinned nirthan pattatha oru situation und. Is there any permanent solution? Even after taking pills for nearly 3 years, I am not able to stop taking medications. Whenever i stop taking pills for consecutive 3 or 4 days, anxiety kicks and the pills are minimum dose. Any guidance?

@@iamwithdhanyavarma same for me , she explain more about other things of anxiety but talk less about physical symptoms,enikke anxiety for last 7 months initially chestil entho irikkunna poltte feelings aayayirunnu pinneede ent gastrology ellarrem kanichappol avrre paranju anxiety aane , vera onnumilla pinnedde throat il entho irikkunna feelings vanne entye kanichapppol orukozhappavumilla enna avarre paranje then they told me to see psychologist i took medicine for 2 months at that time i feel reief ans feeling no sensation at that area , then i stopped i didnot get that level of mood after stopping then i took consulatation from psychologist he told me you just need some breathing exercise thats enough not big issue for you ,now i am feeling fainting dizziness imbalance while walking i fear to go for jogging due to this especially alone , , i feel imbalance on spine while sitting , i feel difficult to concentrate ,to explain emotion while talking ,difficulty even to smile.

It is the physical symptoms make the patients go for doctor shopping.. It is what makes us hypochondriac. I also have dizziness In short, im having it all physically more than mentally. Acid reflux was the starting.
