ഞാൻ anxiety യുടെ peak level ൽ ആണിപ്പോൾ. വർഷത്തിൽ 2 തവണ extreme ആയിട്ട് വരും. Health anxiety കൊണ്ട് മടുത്തു.. എല്ലാ body parts ഉം എപ്പോഴും check ചെയ്യും.. കൂടാതെ fear.. കാറിൽ യാത്ര ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ, ബസിൽ പോകുമ്പോൾ accident ആകുമോ എന്ന് പേടി.. മുൻപൊക്കെ light off ചെയ്താൽ മാത്രമേ ഉറങ്ങാറുള്ളായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ light വേണം. Lockdown മുതൽ ആണ് ഞാൻ ഇത് അനുഭവിക്കുന്നത്. Google search&Yutube videos കണ്ടു symptoms വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും നോക്കും. ഒരു nurse ആയിട്ട് കൂടി ഞാൻ anxiety അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു. കൂടുതലും depression നെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള videos ആണ് എല്ലാവരും ചെയ്യുന്നത്. പക്ഷേ anxiety എത്ര മാത്രം ഒരാളെ affect ചെയ്യുന്നെന്ന് അനുഭവിക്കുന്നവർക്കേ അറിയൂ.. ഞാനും ഒരു anxiety patient ആണ് ഇപ്പൊ 3-4 വർഷം ആയി മരുന്ന് കഴിക്കുന്നു.. ഇപ്പോഴും ഇടയ്ക്ക് വരും പോവും, ഗ്യാസ് പ്രോബ്ലം ഇപ്പോഴും ഉണ്ട്, ജിമ്മിൽ ഒരുപാട് സമയം workout ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല ഫുഡ് ഒരുപാട് കുത്തിക്കേറ്റാൻ പറ്റില്ല.. അങ്ങനെ കഴിച്ചാൽ ഗ്യാസ് trouble ആവും കൂടെ anxiety ഉം... ഇത് ഇപ്പൊ ഉള്ള അവസ്ഥ ആണ്.. 3 വർഷം മുൻപ് ഇതല്ല അവസ്ഥ.. അന്ന് വെള്ളം കുടിക്കാൻ പോലും പേടി ആണ്, ഫുഡ് കഴിക്കണം എന്ന തോന്നൽ വന്നാൽ തന്നെ പേടി ആവും ഉള്ളിൽ ഒന്നും കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല.. ചിലപ്പോ ഒന്നും ണ്ടാവുല്ല വയറിൽ ആകെ പുകച്ചിൽ ആവും നാവ് ഒരു വിറയൽ ആവും തൊണ്ട dry ആവും, concentration കിട്ടില്ല ചുറ്റും നോക്കിയാൽ blur ആവും, പുറത്ത് പോവാൻ തന്നെ പേടി ആണ് ന്തേലും ആവുമോ എന്ന്.... ജീവിതം മടുത്തു പോയ ദിവസങ്ങൾ... എന്നാൽ ഇന്ന് ഒരുപാട് മാറ്റം ഉണ്ട് ഡോക്ടറെ കാണിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.. ഇപ്പൊ മാസത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കൽ ഒക്കെ വരും അത്ര പ്രശ്നം ഇല്ല, മെഡിറ്റേഷൻ എല്ലാം തുടങ്ങി മാറ്റിയെ പറ്റു എന്ന് മനസ്സിൽ ഉറപ്പിച്ചു മുന്നോട്ട് പോവുന്നു... മാറ്റാൻ പറ്റും പക്ഷെ കുറച്ച് trouble ചെയ്തേ പറ്റു... ഇതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് വല്യ ബോധം ഇല്ലാത്തവരോട് പറയാതെ ഇരിക്കുന്നതാ നല്ലത് അവരുടെ നെഗറ്റീവ് പറച്ചിൽ നമ്മുടെ കോൺഫിഡൻസ് ഇല്ലാതെ ആക്കും.. ദേഷ്യം കൂടും

health anxiety and nervous system aayi bandham ile,gut health aaayi bandham ile,i been through early trauma and conditioning,and i have been hyper vigilant and being observing my own patterns,as an adult i understood all my supression had manifested phsyical pain and chest contraction and all sort of mental pains.and in my opinion psyco somatic practices will help.

I agree to this. My friend goes through health anxiety. After a lot of failed attempts at helping him, at last we have started working on his gut health and grounding exercises. It really works.

99 percent of people have personality disorders.. no one realizes it/ treat it...Infact our society doesnt know the major personality disorders like Anxiety, OCD ,Bipolar and Borderline personality disorder. I would say every human in a way has a disorder in some way /another
