How are you doing ❤️
A few disclaimers I would like to make as you watch this video:
1. I based part of this conversation on my evolving beliefs, in my Faith, in my thoughts, on what I continue to grapple with as I seek answers to the root cause, and eventually find my way to the other side.
2. Some of the contents of this video contain mature themes.
3. The word abnormal might very likely be relative…these are just my thoughts :)
4. I don’t want it to come across that I’ve used the word sociopath lightly. I’m not an expert on this subject but if you refer to resources like psychcentral.com, some of the traits I’ve described, also come up in their articles.
Yeah…I think that’s about it! I’ve over-disclaimed today! 😃
There’s so much I’ve been working on behind the scenes, looking forward to sharing more with you soon.

That part about going against the grain is so true. Sometimes it feels like you are the only sane person around but since nobody gets you, you have to keep it all to yourself.

I agree with you Janet about people normalizing the abnorma. I think the reason why this is the trend, is because we live in a 'fit-in society' where you have to do what others are doing even though it does not align with your values so that you are free from judgment, critics and to just fit in with the rest. In the long run this becomes detrimental to you because you actually lose yourself, above all your values. Nonetheless, as you have said, self-preservation is the remedy at best.

It's such a pandemic coz it creates cognitive dissonance when you anticipate things to work a certain way and the reality is just different. As for the socialpath it's hard to hold them accountable since rarely do the victims congregate to compare notes

That last part about victims not comparing notes - I think there’s a trauma and shame that is felt and it’s a personal journey to healing. I also like what you’ve said about cognitive dissonance 💯

@@OfficialJanetMbugua the social paths count on that. The shame and guilt created allows them to prowl out in the open boldly Coz the victim will hardly point at them and even if they did they may not be believed or the social path will defend themselves by shaming the victim further thus discrediting their testimony. So silence and walking away always feels safe for the victim at the expense of their social capital, mental health and fighting power coz in reality they have shrunk back from a fight and somehow their power has been taken away on many levels. Unfortunately most social paths are in positions of power, their sense of entitlement over people and charisma makes them stand out like leaders yet they are mostly big bullies. On the other hand victims need to also take responsibility for themselves to avoid getting in such situations by all means and if they get caught up in the socialpath's world then they need to empower themselves with tools to protect and heal themselves to avoid extensive damage

I like this conversation!Keep it coming.Nowadays good is labeled evil and evil good. Psalm 119:9-11 How can a young man cleanse his ways?By taking heed according to your Word. With my whole heart I have sought You.Oh let me not wander from your commandments!Your Word I have hidden in my heart that I might not sin against You.(NKJV)
