As per Sri Ramakrishna we are mere instruments in the hand of God to carry out His Divine activities as part of his manifestation. Even Gita is also saying so in similar lines. As such even if we accept the doctrine of Karma, then what punishment and sufferings the dictators like Musolini, Hitler and Stalin have undergone.
