The name of this piece is "Duetto buffo di due gatti" ("humourous duet for two cats"). The event was a "Scandinavian Night" concert organized in Buenos Aires in 2018. There are a couple more clips from this event of Tarja singing short songs by Sibelius to be found on KZbin.

Who let the cats out, meow meow meow. You have to love Tarja, and her sense or humor 😸 If Tarja was a cat, I imagine she would be a black panther, and Floor would be a lioness. If my boys Maurice and Pascal argued like this, they would have more of a bass tone. Well, Pascal at least, part Maine Coon, part Norwegian Forest Cat as he is, he actually looks a bit like Pavarotti now that I think about it. Maurice is kinda squeaky though, I call him Meemee, in a high pitched voice. Pascal rarely meows, he usually trills. They are both very chill and laid back though, they rarely argue at all.
