I find it peculiar when Filipinos are asked about distance....they will answer you with time. Like, "How far is Baguio from Manila?" Filipinos will answer, "4-6 hours." I love this! Makes me drive faster!!!! Instead of, "243 Kilometers from Manila to Baguio." This is how Filipinos live...."They take their time when traversing distance." My classmates from Berkeley, California were speed freaks. They always want to "eat the distance" while I take my "time." Love this video.

The IKEA in the Philippines from what I have heard is the biggest in the world, I think it's located in Pasay City and they have a restaurant inside and their specialty are the meatballs .

I don't remember the water being as clean in Venice, Italy as it was there in Manila. It's been a very long time since I was in Venice, Italy. I went to Italy with a ski club and on our way back to the States we spent a day in Venice. We went to a glass blowing company and it gave me a great idea of what I could surprise my parents for their 40th anniversary so I bought them a wine set that had gold mixed in with the glass and painted onto the sides of the glasses and the pitcher. It was a little expensive but parents are worth it especially on their anniversary. We are going back to the Philippines on March 24th and we are all excited except for the short 15 hour plane ride. Sorry I had to add a little sarcasm about the flight.

Clothes are pretty cheap in the tiangge. You can visit Taytay tiangge and vlog it. Cheapest for Shirts a dollar. Pants for $3. There are other cheap places to buy clothes too like divisoria etc.

Yes! You’re so good! Found a cool air bnb in Port Hueneme. Never been to that area near Oxnard. I love it! Especially being next to the water. Very chill vibes over there. Super family friendly. We wanted to go back this year and stay there for the holidays just to see fam but that place was all booked through the holidays. So next time I’ll let you know if we’re in town. Yes, travel has had a huge effect on Knox and Nia (and on me and Nelvine too of course). We’re so blessed to see really unique things, meet new people and experience new cultures. It’s friggin’ cool.
