Not harsh enough. When you see what the kroenkes made just off wenger qualifying for the ucl in 19 consecutive seasons alone, it was close to a BILLION. How did they repay him? By giving him crumbs to spend every transfer window, and allowing him to take the full brunt of the fans frustration that Arsenal were regressing each year. The American owners are the worst for it.

I’d say we are ten years away from “synergy cases” of clubs being moved into different countries or “efficiencies” being found by firing entire groups of people in favour of unrealised benefits from AI products (which are actually underpaid workers from Bangalore doing things in the background).

The FSG Out thing is that peoepl expect them to be like how Abramovich or the Shiekh were in the early days. FFP and PSR has halted that. So clubs have to be self-sustaining like how FSG has run Liverpool. yes, they are skinflint but they've overseen MAJOR success. They hired JKlopp, when they didn't have to. They've hired Slot and he might well win a league and/or CL in his first season. They've updated Anfield and the training ground and unlike their big Old Trafford enemy haven't let either literally fall apart. FSG Outers are probably kids, or fans from non-traditional footballing countries in Asia or Africa that don't really get it so they act out online. FSG are not perfect but nobody can say they have not overseen and installed excellent stuff as Liverpool's owners. The owner of a globally elite club like Liverpool SHOULD enable it to compete and win the very biggest trophies. Haven't they done that in their ownership? FSG Outers are children who see things in black and white terms!! Even though Jacqui and David GOld have died, RIP, they still helped West Ham win a Europan trophy. When did Arsenal or Sprus for that matter last won such??!
