Difference makers take charge. They do not wait for someone else to complete the task. Perhaps you don't have the time or resources to complete the task, but you can present your ideas to someone who does. Another way to look at it is to be accountable, which means taking responsibility for the outcome. If there is a positive trend, find ways to sustain it. We can accomplish this by increasing our power generation capacity. Provide resources, remove roadblocks, or warn others when a barrier is approaching so it can be overcome. Big goals are nice, but they don't always produce quick results. To achieve them, you must commit to making small daily improvements or changes. To be successful, I find that large-scale change often necessitates breaking it down into smaller tasks or projects. You have the ability to be the change that the world requires. By taking small steps, you can start a chain reaction of positive energy that can make a real difference in the lives of others. Consider it and get started right away! The distinction between a “difference maker” and “trouble maker” is a sincere positive attitude. John Maxwell tells us in the book, “The Difference Maker” that attitude is not everything. A good attitude is certainly a good start. "Successful people make the most of the best and the best of the worst." - Steve Keating

The Difference Maker is taking leadership to connect the someone who has a successful business. To achieve them, I must commit to minor daily changes or improvements. To be effective, I find that large-scale or increased change typically necessitates breaking it down into smaller jobs or projects. Sometimes small improvements bring about big change because the good energy is so strong, that it is possible to make a meaningful impact in other people's lives. So this Podcast is very interesting, inspiring, wise, and very helpful for future businesses. Thank you, Sir John Maxwell.

Connection- people who make difference has a good connection to a good leader. Inner Voice - born for greatness Unhappy Voice - Discontent, create change Successful Voice - Inspire others with their credibility Higher Voice - “God Voice” one who has never shortchanged anyone Making a difference between people with the person who wants to make different people. If they are lazy they join those who are lazy too. Attract the people around you who wanted to make different people, in business or in life. They can inspire you, challenge you and what they are doing and they will engage, draw, and make you better. Make a connection if each of every one of us wants to make difference. But if you have a connection with them but they don't have any commitment then you are already in trouble. Connection with committed people is the best and they will take us out of our comfort zone.

This podcast defines what a true leader really is. All kinds of leader, mentor or adviser. It all falls in one thing, and that is inspiring the upcoming aspirants to be a great individual. Realizing their given opportunity in every action they take. John also mentions the people who are included in connecting and committed to the task. Being the leader means you are the one assigned on the main task or goal that you are targeting. Your colleagues are your back ups and you are the one to drive them correctly to success and pinnacle.

So resonating. I try super hard to stay positive. Took so much pain from others. Not equal give n take. I notice that it's the connections. I struggle from BPD from being hurt by the same level of Humans. Envious is still people. I don't hate I care to much. It's my flaw and my biggest asset. Love this podcast really helps me listening to you and others like minded. I have been self made and alone. This is hard. 34 and I don't want to be compliance. Breaking the habits and trauma bond has been the biggest challenge. Any suggestions, I'll take. Working on self and for once I hope to live. Not everyone does. I have many right now feels like my whole life riding against me. No joke leader and alone . Tiring now . I self discipline and everything self. This time I removed myself from my own babies to not project onto them . Family ties and cutting toxic out. I love people. It's all I am. So won't be changing now. ... I can have boundaries . Thanks guys

Differentiators take the lead. They don't wait for someone else to finish the job for them. You might not have the resources or time to accomplish the assignment, but you can pitch your ideas to those who do. Another perspective is to be accountable, which involves accepting responsibility for the outcome. Find ways to maintain a favorable trend if one exists. Increasing our electricity producing capacity will help us achieve this. To overcome a barrier, provide resources, eliminate impediments, or warn others when one is approaching. Large ambitions are admirable, but they do not always yield immediate results. You must commit to making tiny daily improvements or changes in order to attain them. Large-scale change, in my experience, frequently needs breaking it down into smaller jobs or projects in order to be successful. You have the power to bring about the change that the planet needs. You may start a chain reaction of positive energy that can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by taking tiny efforts. Take a look at it and get started right away! A sincere optimistic attitude distinguishes a "difference maker" from a "problem creator." In his book "The Difference Maker," John Maxwell explains that attitude isn't everything. A positive mindset is an excellent place to start.

A Difference Maker is a regular person who goes above and beyond to make a positive difference in his or her community and in the lives of others. It is not necessary for difference makers to be well-known. Parents, coaches, and excellent friends can all be difference makers.

This podcast really digs deeper into how a person who aspires to be a leader must think and act, whether it be a businessman, a student, a church leader, or an ordinary person. John talks about people who make a difference as people who are connected and committed. I believe that those who are difference makers are those who are constantly changing, who in John's other podcast "Pretender or Players" are the players in the field, those who are not accepting mediocracy. He emphasizes connection and commitment, as a leader connection with the people brings you closer to the goal, and you are able to work better and comfortably because of the relationship you have established with the people around you. As for commitment, a leader mus be committed to the goal or the mission not be committed to having a position. You also have to be committed to make a difference.

The common misconception about being different is to not be in the same flow with others but this video is really an eye opener when it comes to being different. Being a different can also be a difference maker and when applied or practiced in a proper manner, the difference you can make can make a huge positive impact and can help you achieve your common goals. This video really provided us with such helpful information.

This video will enlighten people to set their standards above the average to make a difference in the usual result we always got in our everyday routine. This also teaches me that to get results that others are just always dreaming of you have to do the things that others don’t want to do. You have to get out of your comfort zone, do things you don’t do to get the results you don’t normally had. Leaders always make difference in terms of vision and mission that followers don’t usually see. So for us to get that what we always want in life it’s in us to choose what we want to be to make that difference in our lives.

And how can I break my insecurities for my desire and heart to serve and lead other people to our organizations' vision?

Hit and run I suffered from someone who says they love me. He doesn't love himself if he can hurt me like that. I'm struggling cause it's all my life no love it feels like I am the only one that cares. I add value they discard me time and time again. All Control. I've had nothing and I give my all. How I stop idk. I want to people giving like I am. This pandemic scared me . I am single mom and huge voice. Many say I'm strong and maybe why I feel alone. Sometime I need support and honour too. My step dad who passed was a addict and my mother chased him trying to heal him. Only too loose sight of her and gods will was made. If anything I would give my heart to her to see what I see. She wants the best, I know that . I am black sheep and never losing hope even when it kills. Iacking on self appreciation. Realignment . Breaking generational things. One day at a time..would love to see my kids grow and not live for others only.

People who make a difference are connected to a leader who makes a difference, but they're also connected to a vision, a vision with a high voice, an inner voice, and a sad voice at times, but they listen to those voices and respond accordingly. In addition, if people want to make a difference, they should connect with others, not only to the leader, but also to others who want to make a difference. And if you are willing to make a difference, you choose to hang out with the people who want to make a difference, not with the people who are too lazy to do much better or to make a difference. Making a difference in how you think about making a living and achieving your dreams can attract people around you and inspire them to be different as well.

I was arriving at what I must guess was the intended conclusion that difference makers are made through the purposeful confluence of a fantastic attitude and a handful of fairly well-understood actions, having digested a fair bit of study by this time. But I couldn't help but wonder: is becoming a change maker really so straightforward, as if it could be achieved by following a well-known recipe of good attitudes and behaviors? And if that's the case, why aren't more individuals taking action and pursuing this success model? I'm sure I'm simplifying things too much...but what am I missing?

Been hard on myself cause no one was or wasn't. I guess. I know I am beautiful and bright. I just get taken advantage off constantly. I hold my vision for others. I wish good for others that won't do the same for me. It's okay not expected. Just hurts. I'm in the Darkest of days and 34 I feel like I have lived for others . Hey the art of that is big too.

I want to make a difference for myself, humanity, and other people who want to be a person that wants to be the difference in the World with a like minded VISION of speaking, teaching other's to thrive In the world that we live in. There is this hurtle that I have to overcome and that is being stage fright so is there teachers that can help me to be able to get up there confidently boldly and express exactly what I need to say to others, can you help?

Hi Sharon, It can be tough to overcome stage fright, especially if you're new to public speaking. Feeling anxious or scared when speaking in front of people is completely normal, but it's important to do something about it so that you don't miss out on opportunities. Practice makes perfect! Start by giving presentations to small audiences, *even just one person*. This will help you build your confidence and make the experience less scary. And remember, everyone feels nervous before a presentation - do your best and learn from every step you take. Hope this helps.

A Difference-Maker is someone who refuses to accept mediocrity, just enough, or conformity. They're the ones who have set lofty objectives for themselves and will not rest until they've accomplished them. Don't get me wrong: there's nothing wrong with not being a Difference-Maker. Not everyone aspires to make such a difference, or even believes that such a difference is required in their lives.

Hey Mark, when you start talking about quadrupling revenues you are really missing the mark. It screams of self-service. This episode is about being a difference-maker. It may be hard to measure our level of impact on people, but you could probably choose a better metric, like subscribers or listeners.
