New manager and learning how to lead difficult personalities. I feel defeated a lot. But I’m going to keep at it each day and learn from my mistakes. These are encouraging while going through the process.

Takes long time, and long plan , to build up different thinkers, and forces them to their courier, it’s just like a religious beliefs, which is hard to give up !
