This was the perfect timing, brother. Can you suggest a framework, or the starting point of this journey since you have more experience? ( In replies or in a video probably?)

Like 'how' can I find my passion taking a few steps everyday?
@harryhopeyt4 күн бұрын
Hey mate! Thanks for the comment. To be honest, a framework for finding your passion is an extremely difficult thing. That’s just how passions are I’m afraid, because fundamentally you’re the only one who can assess what you like and dislike. But if you really don’t know what your passion could be, then the number 1 thing would be to try new things. I know it’s cliche but it’s true, because if you really aren’t passionate about anything, it’s probably just because you haven’t experienced it yet. Also, another really important thing is to lessen the overstimulation you are experiencing. This is stuff like really fast TikTok’s, video games and television etc. This is because when you have a lot of overstimulation, your dopamine receptors get fried and you become more numb to it. This is why if you play a really fun video game, everything else seems kind of boring in comparison. A big change for me was removing these overstimulations, I stopped playing video games (but playing them in moderation is fine), and I started spending my free time reading books. It was like magic how everything else became more enjoyable. So if you engage in a lot of overstimulation, it can be really hard to find your passion because you lack enjoyment in the things you do. Also, surely there are things in your life that you enjoy? For me, I realised that I had always dreamed of being a KZbinr, I had just never had the self-belief that it could actually happen. If you could do anything, knowing that you wouldn’t fail, what would you do? I think that might be your answer or at least get you closer! I hope this all made sense please let me know if you have any questions.

For a ‘few steps every day’, I’d say: 1. Lessen overstimulating media (social media, television, video games etc) 2. Spend time with your own thoughts to let your brain process them. Do you have much time in your day where you can actually just think? 3. Spend 1-2 hours just trying something, anything. This is because even if you head in the wrong direction 100 times, you need every single one of those lessons to find the right direction.

Can you make video on how to revise better , or how to retent better
@harryhopeyt5 күн бұрын
Hi my friend! My videos are more aimed at how to develop control over yourself and your mind, and how to use this control to then pursue your goals while enjoying the process! But I do already have a few videos relating to focusing and how to beat procrastination which I think you’ll find very useful! For me personally, something called ‘Parkinson’s law’ helped me (and still helps me) with procrastination !

Active recall, talking to yourself in an articulate manner, exploring the depths of the subjects while talking, visualising the concepts with different the analogies, doing nothing at first for getting dopamine on baseline levels, pomodoro technique all helped me imprint the knowledge in the subconscious itself. You should try out meditation.

I did everything and gained everything, but i soon lost everything.. brother, please tell what should i do, what i feel that i lack is discipline and consistency, but for a fact i know there is more to it. Help.

Hi my friend, thank you very much for the comment. Before I say anything, I want to make it very clear I am not a licensed professional. If you think you need professional guidance please seek it. But I’d ask, why are you feeling a lack of discipline and consistency? Maybe it’s not easy to answer but are you feeling meaningless, negative or just feeling generally lazy? Or a mix of all of these? I use to struggle with these things as well trust me, I use to never be able to be consistent and I could never be disciplined. What really fixed it all for me was a solid goal. Something I really dreamed of (being a full time KZbinr). This goal gave me the motivation to be consistent and disciplined in my life, because I could imagine a life where I was living the dream I have in my head. The next step in this process for me was finding genuine self belief. Without self belief the world is torture, you HAVE to truly believe you can achieve your goal(s) because you can!! If you watch any successful person on the planet what they have in abundance is faith! So how do you cultivate faith? You have to constantly tell your subconscious what you want to believe. You have to constantly be telling yourself ‘I can, I believe, it is possible’. I know it sounds cliche, but this is how you change your subconscious belief systems! And trust me, as soon as you have a goal, a true DREAM that you GENUINELY BELIEVE you can achieve, the entire world lights up and you realise that heaven is on Earth my friend. So don’t give up. Find that dream. If you want to talk further please just let me know I am always here to help my viewers.
