I noticed at the end there is a bit that is repeated, already removed with KZbin Editor, in a few hrs the change should go live!

I haven't watched the video yet, but the title already fits my current situation exactly. My employer paid for the learn one, I feel like I can never succeed in the exam, because there is just so much you have to think about at all times and it is really stressing me out to think about the exam. :( I hope the video will help, I will comment about it after the video 😊

Hope this general overview was useful, and for a more in-depth structured overview over OSCP I've already made a full video course on it, you can find the link in the description. The objective of that course was to describe with as much detail as possible what OSCP was all about and how to prepare best for it!

@@hexdump1337 I have watched the video and it is indeed interesting, I think the target audience is people that are trying to decide whether to approach the oscp or not. I think for the target audience it is a great video :) for me personally, I am still scared to the bones for actually doing the exam 😂 but I will study and I will also use your videos to do so. I am not optimistic, but I will try my best and that's all I can give :)

I'm using a pipeline with Emacs -> org-mode -> reveal-ox -> reveal.js. A bunch of different packages, but ultimately its the reveal.js library and I write using org-mode in Emacs with a special exporter.

Never took it personally, I might do in the future just for the fun of it, but from the looks of it, it sems a very good certification in terms of the knowledge it offers. But yeah, definitely gonna explore more in the future

Hi when you got the course did you watch videos and read the book? I'm buying the course in few days Im just wondering if it's good enough to watch the videos and do the hands on labs? The reason is that I'm a slow reader... thank you in advance
@hexdump1337Ай бұрын
gotta be real frank here: yes, I did read the book and it did contain the useful commands and information, but It could’ve been organized way better imo. As for the videos, the quality is not that high. The only real useful thing (also in my opinion) is the lab experience! In this small channel I’m trying to make something that can help people to study when tackling OSCP

How long were you studying each day / week for the OSCP?
@hexdump133718 күн бұрын
That drastically depended on the day. Initially I was not putting too much work into it, say 1-2h every couple of days, and then I realized time was running out and I did full sessions on it, studying for 4-6 hrs a day, sometimes even more. This lasted around 2 weeks before the exam
