Everything you said is just what i've been living, during for about this last year. And very recently i begun to think that i might be going crazy or that i'd be ruining my life. So many times i felt my belly under a pressure, anxiety, but waves of a soft happiness crossed my soul, at the same time. In the end of this moments of confusion, i always decide to keep going with my belief and new feeling of trusting God deeply. I feel so lonely, i live in the northeast of Brazil, and i have nobody to share this things i'm going through. But from lots of different sources, i've been supported from the distance, mainly from youtube videos and books, and for this wish that doesn't leave me, as you said since i sow something that changed me, and it was so deep that i can not get apart from it. Thank you for your precious words. Keep going.

After an NDE I had the shift and realised I was awakened long before it , but the NDE was like ' hello '. About 6 weeks of bliss and further insights , then I had to get on with selling my property and retiring to Asia , like I was already planning to in a few more years but now not interested in simply stacking more money. Going back into the workplace was not compatible with the state I was in and I almost became convinced I was actually in hell. I took temp jobs while the house was on the market and just about managed to integrate enough to keep it together. I believe the bliss euphoria and vivid vision and hearing etc subsided because it was necessary and I hope it returns when I am in a safer place financially and spiritually.

48 years ago I experienced a night of pure terror until exhausted I fell asleep. When I woke up it was like I had reborn. I would marvel at everything around me sensing it as a whole or in detail simultaneously. All was full of light and living felt like a miracle. Felt an enormous gratitude in my soul. First thing I noticed when interacting with other people was how they were deceived by their own mind . To me their words attitudes and actions were all falsified by irrational fears. Whenever I tried to dissipate their worries by bringing their attention to the moment we were in they'd react like I was an alien. This lasted a few weeks and then one day I just consciously gave up. I've been living with the regret of renouncing that state of living since then. P.S.: I kinda had an on and off dialogue with what I would call my guardian angel. Its presence was constant and seemed to emanate from the right side and above me.

yes it's all so simple that we can miss it or reject it. but you cannot un-see what has been seen. the question is - are you able to embrace and live from the deepest truth you have seen and you know?

This is a beautifully made video. Wish I had such a sober and clear explanation of awakening, when I had mine. I believe this will really help somebody ground their awakening so much easier. Because when you feeling like you're going out of your mind.You really need that soberness, that grounding to help balance yourself within the experience. For anyone going through there awakening just takes some nice deep breaths and just relax.

I had just been considering this subject, and framed it thus: In your inner experience, there is mind, and there is awareness. Usually ppl think these are one and the same, but not so. The trick is to move out of mind and into awareness. (Since this will be your new identity, you must prepare to discard your old one.)
@sunyateaching4 ай бұрын
Mind will still keep on doing it's thing so not possible to "move out". Although observing does create a kind of distance.

I had this kind of awakening episode 6 years ago but it turned into psychosis. It's like tightrope walking. Now I'm still on my journey but taking it much slower. But yes, "superpowers" like hearing better and seeing using peripheral vision. I remember those clearly. It was like solving a puzzle and suddenly everything was acting as a part of that game. Also, I've had regular out-of-body experiences since childhood. OBEs have really changed my worldview from physical to more spiritual or non-physical.
@sunyateaching4 ай бұрын
Yes OBEs definitely sped things along some!

The very expression "losing one's mind" is interesting, as it seems to recognize that potentially scary place of non-selfhood. Personally, I don't worry about my "mental health" because it's a pointless exercise and worry is a useless emotion. That said, I do suspect that I'm rather unfit for human company in many respects, but humans are only one species among millions, both known and still unknown, and those of us who come here know that we're never really alone. We recognize one another. My kind of party! 🥳

Like you've been secretly filming the last month of my life - right down to the atrocious behaviour in traffic 😄 I've applied to the community, I look forward to sharing more in my introduction. Great, great video. So much content out there for those beginning to take an interest, which this is too, but for those ready to hear it this is so valuable, and so hard to access in a society that doesn't understand it. This is gold.

I've noticed that with certain people, any small suggestion that I've seen something that they haven't can result in scorn. Ala "You think you're better than me? How dare you!" Unfortinately, I've learned to tone down my excitement about revelations and downplay their importance in the hopes of planting subtler seeds for them to realize and "teach" me months or years later. Idk, maybe it's low charisma thing on my part.

Yeah so I started awakening at the end of 2021. What I want to know is, are more people awakening now than in the past or is this something most people go through at some stage? I am thinking probably not as most people still seem to be fast asleep
@sunyateaching4 ай бұрын
No people are awake. As spiritual awakening means you have realized you are not a separate self, and there are no individual people - merely ONE reality.

So all we really are is Consciousness. So depending on what we are conscious of determines the next outcome. If we choose to be conscious 'in' the mind then we become the mind. If we choose to be conscious 'of' the mind we suddenly gain clarity. Like looking at a maze from above rather than being in the maze. Thank you, you've really helped me. So is the oneness then that we are actually part of the whole universe but inorder to become whole with it we need to become pure consciousness? So we are just observing ourselves and it in this huge cosmic movement?
@sunyateaching4 ай бұрын
There is no need to do anything. And ultimately there is no do-er anyway. Merely consciousness interacting with itself.
@richardchristian68944 ай бұрын
@sunyateaching even though we are not doing, isn't our consciousness causing the next action to change. So like a feedback loop where action happens, consciousness chooses perception or identity, body then responds. And in this way we can either be the body and universe or fight it. I really don't get it?
