So is consciousness, not just thought the cause of chemical effects that are involuntary. And thoughts are more the voluntary type cause of internal chemistry that can and need be developed. Like depression within me was taught or conditioned in my world views. Only SadhGuru broke this slavery with wisdom enough for me to just try. One year depression free. I love this man! My SadhGuru and Yogicsciences have saved me from suicide. I, Atheist , was so desperate i actually listened. Im newly physically disabled and just need help getting to Tennessee to volunteer in capacities that I can do. Now living in van. Please reach out if interested.
