What impressed me in this performance is Dimash’s ability at reworking his songs in new ways and constantly coming up with new versions. Ah Dimash, now back in China using the famous Blue Microphone that was a gift from Dears in China in 2017. This version from a couple of weeks ago is very different from the others. The original is on his 2019 album iD which became platinum in 34 seconds and triple platinum in under an hour. Love this version it's so, so good. Yes completely live, he is known as a live performer in all countries but recently China has introduced a law that makes miming illegal. So they will all have to sing live. That will weed out a few there I would imagine. The College Youth Film Festival is one of the biggest in China, its a huge deal to be included, but China loves Dimash ❤

The video's version of this song is stunning, the Idols Hits is mind blowing, and this one is completely insane!! His ability to improve his level (already beyond perfect) is incredible. What an artist... his total commitment to his art and to the public is exemplary - already a legend, at 27y. I have a playlist with different versions of KNOW (inc. Ascolta), probably my favorite one, and they are all different: the menu is always different, you never know what to expect, and this attests his incredible, versatile and complete talent: a lot of artists performed a song in the same way, Dimash is bold, and is not afraid to explore new ways to perform.
