Interesting doc, so relatable! Quick question..Can doctors “prescribe” b vitamins? Hoping to receive financial assistance through the pharmacy so insurance can cover such deficiencies? I know some over the counter medicines/vitamins are not covered unless it’s “prescribed”..Medicaid insurance specifically..thoughts?

@@JavaZombie They are also crappy with fillers. They usually have folic acid instead of folate. Also B12 needs to start with the first letter either a m or an h. NOT CYAN.....

I am so shocked by this information. After watchin all this videos I want to my doctor and asked him to test some of my b levels, every single b vitamin costed about 30 Euros, I only get b6 and b3 tested. The homocysteine test ist covered by the insurance when my memory is correct, so getting the homocysteine levels checked would have been enough?

I read in a natural medicine book that its okay to take up to 100mg of b6 to treat your asthma. Now I watched many videos here on youtube that claim that 100mg a day may cause permanent brain damage. What do you think Dr.?

Lane yes folic acid is toxic and synthetic also very hard to absorb especially with people with mthfr gene mutations. The best natural bioactive form of folic acid is methylfolate.
