ARE YOU IN "FIGHTING" SHAPE?

For over 50 years (yes, 50 years), I have trained in the martial arts and have always prided myself on my ability to go as far as I had to. Going "rounds" has never been my ultimate goal, but on a challenge, I once went 20. Its was NOT my "6 pack" or bulging biceps that made the difference; it was my love of violence and pushing myself. This is a response to those who think they know what fighting shape is and obviously do not.

TO THIS FORUM: A Bruce Lee docu will be on soon and you will see how much he studied BLACK boxers. Too much damn cover ups in the martial arts. ALL martial artists be ON NOTICE: If you do not tell the truth, I am calling you on it. I do not care how many subs you have or how popular you are.

Sabir Muhammad (Steve Sanders), Vic Moore (Both Karate men), Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson (I think?), Joe Lewis? Jesse Glover (Bruce Lee's First Black student, but Jesse already had Judo and other martial arts experience b4 he met Bruce Lee; and Bruce Lee also learnt off Jesse in particular the Judo throws) and many more I believe.......

Oh and Bruce Lee also studied the Great Indian wrestler known as the Great Gama ( Ghulam Mohammad Baksh Butt); undefeated wrestler; Bruce Lee followed his diet and exercises; how a short individual could generate so much strength and power; Gama was undefeated he beat French Wrestler and other European Wrestlers; his training methods were legendary; and during British colonial rule; he even travelled to Britain to challenge Britain's best; so much so that he offered open challenges to anyone that defeated him he would retire and go back home India; but no-one accepted his challenge; perhaps boxing was becoming the new interest then? But such confidence he had in his ability; putting his record; seeking someone that can defeat him. It was through Bruce Lee I actually heard of him. How much so is wrestling relevant today??? It seemed a redundnt art/sport but in recent times People esepecially in the West are now appreciating its skill; with it being used in MMA and UFC and in street scenarios. But it just seems the West want to be the founders of everything, and they know better than everyone else and know what is modern. Evn today if one studies the ancient wrestling exercises of Indian wrestlers; they provide strength, bone and tendon strength (what Bruce Lee sought) these exercises provide thick shoulders, wrists and forearms and leg strength all vital in balance, stability and needed to topple and grip/hold opponents; much relevant for the art of wrestling.

TO THIS FORUM: the same 2 girls keep giving a thumbs down to my last few videos lol. They even did it to the videos on Kevin Thompson! I do not care how old they are, males that give thumbs down to a video of a great fighter with ALS are people who are a waste of breath. I listened to a documentary on Gladiators in ancient Rome made tons of notes apparently Gladiators came in all colours all sizes. One thing they all had in common no Gladiator had a body builder physic they would be what we consider fat today, they were built more like Sumo wrestlers. Glad you're OK Sayf America is looking more like some banana republic and those who are doing the real looting are getting off to Asia, leaving everyone else to it. Great delivery as usual some parts making me laugh out loud keep them coming.

Let's not forget the Super Samoan Mark Hunt. Fighting isn't bodybuilding, and the funny thing about bodybuilders is that a lot of them have some of the worst health markers, especially the huge ones, they literally get winded from just walking. UFC causals would rather root for Jon Jones instead of DC (who's the legit G.O.A.T LHW) because he's taller and has a 6 pack. These fairyboys are too obsessed with aesthetics.
