Miles Beining unlike you, I believe the authors did not imply anything about John's sexuality. since the first episode we are shown that he tries immediately with both Anthea and Sherlock, and then unfortunately he was rejected by both. So for me it seemed clear right away He was bi. As for his "I'm not gay", the explanation is simple: John is not gay, but he's not straight either. And this is shown by the fact that he has an ex, Sholto, and by his attraction, including the strange attacks of jealousy, towards Sherlock. I always thought that John was the kind of bisexual who tends to get engaged with women, but is also attracted (though perhaps less consistently) by men.

Isn't supposed to be higher at least half a meter from the ground wich means the baby cannot climb an open window and fall from it. Unless the stupid parents put something the baby could climb in to the window. My best suggestion is that the window is actually a balcony, which means the baby fall into the balcony. And usually balconies are from second flour and above. No way it falls from the first flour. This is a good question! Keep in mind all of the boxes were incorrectly labeled. The answer is this, the apple that you pulled out of the "apples and oranges" labeled box tells you that the only thing in the box is apples, which means that the box that is labeled "apples" must have oranges in them because if it had apples and oranges in it the the box labeled "oranges" would have been correctly labeled, however we already know that the label is incorrect, therefore there must be apples and oranges in the box labeled "oranges" and oranges in the box labeled "apples", and finally only apples in the box labeled "apples and oranges"- this we know because we pulled out of the wrongly labeled box and apple! The questions for the first picture should be: Is this person right or left handed? And what was this persons job? Finally what did this person do for fun? A1: right because of the scissors the handles are made for a person who is right handed A2: The short pencils say this person writes a lot who also would need a screwdriver, springs and batteries. Electrical tape has been barely touched meaning it hasn’t been used often and the scissors say that even though this person would need to cut things he doesn’t often. Shown by the poor quality scissors which are still in decent shape. All of this points to this person working in the field of electricity but not doing the dirty work. This is probably an electrical manager who carries all the necessities but doesn’t need to use them with exception of the pencils. A3: gambling the cards have slight bends in them this is because he’s nervous and clutching the cards hard enough to leave them with a permanent bend. Also the cards are brand new meaning this person does gambling often because in the time that the cards have been out of the box they have already been bent.

Tell me if this makes sense for the third logic question. I take one coin from each stack, bottom coin is from stack one, above it's from two, so on and so forth (or if allowed mark it 1, 2, 3...). Then I remove a coin one by one and it should decrease by the known coin's correct weight. I do this until the weight of the counterfeit is deducted. And there I found the counterfeit stack. I suppose, technically, you could argue that's not using the scale only once.

Question 2's answer is given incorrect. If i get n apple from the 'apples and oranges' box, then yes that shud contain apples only but after that i cannot just simply change the 'apple' labelled box to 'oranges' coz it may also contain both apples n oranges. Think sherlock! 😉

While i like the baby question, and its answer, there was an incident near where I live where a child fell from the top floor of a 12 story building and survived because of a bush and soft ground because of rain. Keeping air resistance in mind, the speed at this point doesn't really go up more so it is definitely possible to survive the fall.

the memory ones were WAY too easy... the king was a little folded, the pincils had small drawings on them, the siccors were right-handed, the springs were directed different sides... why not ask hard questions?

For the third one you could just add stacks on the scale since you know much they weigh and when you find the one that doesn't add as much weight as the others boom you've found your stack (Stage 2)

For the baby falling out the window question, my answer was that it said the baby was falling but it didn't say that it was landing on the ground at the bottom, so maybe there was something to break its fall earlier

I'm sorry, but no one is ever going to be "the next Sherlock Holmes" he's too fabulous. Also I feel like half of these questions would be something Sherlock would be given and say like fifty answers to in .5 seconds because he has to rub in his brilliance. That or he would just think it's a waste of time and slam the door in your face. Now that I think about it the latter is more likely. XD

Most of Sherlock's deductions are actually based on accurate guesses, given what he believes is the most probable. Like, there is coffee on your sleeve. You had coffee today, instead of assuming that someone had coffee yesterday and put on the same clothing. It's all intelligent guesses that happen to be correct, because it's a fictional television show. Sherlock's deductions aren't much like this. He speculates and happens to be correct. Not always, but most times.

First question: It was a baby bird. Luckily, in my version, it was just old enough to be able to fly. Second question: Smell the boxes. The ones with the stronger odor are the non-mixed boxes. Third question: You can do it without using the scale at all. You're talking a difference in weight of an ounce. Pick them up and compare the stacks. Don't think you can feel the weight difference? Try this. Get a AA battery and a AAA battery. The AAA battery is half the weight of the AA, .41oz to .81oz respectively. So, not even a half an ounce difference. Think outside the fruit box.

the first person was probably suffering from anxiety. as, the bottoms of the pencils were bitten or the rubber been taken out, and the cards were also bent meaning they misplaced them or were just rough, also the knight at the top right, the axe was bent in some way meaning he plays with that axe to possibly sit still while trying to find something else to do like pick off the rubber of the pencils.

7 questions correct, the first one of logical type is asked badly because anything can happen after the baby falls out. I had more theories and one was about a parachute and other about not saying from what floor the baby fell.

8 out of 8. To get a better score just pay vary close attention to the vary small details and you can come up with or find what you are looking for. If you have trouble on the observation part just look at every object and label them in your head. Or put them in certain places you will remember in you house or someplace you are familiar with not in real life but in your mind Palace I should say.

Me: someone catches the baby from one balcony below, or the baby is attached to something, and falls only a few inches and is left dangling and will be saved from there, or there are safety nets under all windows and balconies and the baby is caught in that and saved. So many possibilities!

Observation one was easy like most probably said. The logical ones I was being myself: baby was caught by Superman while falling or was attached to a wire, or behind the window was a balcony. Tho still confuses me how low was the window for the baby to get there or did someone throw the baby out the window. The apples and oranges one I thought I can still look inside, but only take 1. With coins I was thinking of adding more piles and looking at the numbers. It's still one use, like in baking you add till you hit the mark. If first one was counterfeit then the 2 after it should weigh the same compared to each other and the first less than the latter ones.

I got all 5 correct on observation and 0 on the "logic". The logic questions were simply riddles and any Sherlockian would know that Sherlock doesn't like riddles

okay, the observing round was pretty damn easy. the logic one though, it's a bit wonky. first: it's a baby. even if it was only the first floor, there is a big possibility that it would still die, its skull isn't fully developed yet. second: you didn't specify that we couldn't just touch the fruits, just that we couldn't take them out. i'm pretty sure the texture of an apple and an orange are distinguishable from each other. third: i thought it was implied that by using the scale, it was equivalent to taking in the measurement. you would technically have to do this ten times if you followed the direction in the solution portion.
