One thing I used to do often which may tie into the mental game/focus part was subconsciously letting my eyes wander to the left and right of my target, especially in high pressure situations. To fix this I started finding tiny details or imperfections in my targets, like a tiny piece of sisal in the T20, and zone in on that rather than the T20 as a whole. That helped with my overall focus and drastically cut down on wild darts.

Yes I changed my grip. I changed the position of my index finger using it much more and I’m more consistent since.
